Friendly employees, food and drinks are spot on, and there was only a short wait for the items, which so tasted so good. By far my favourite coffee spot.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, and friendly to everyone in general, employees definitely my favorite part abt the place.

This Starbucks is my favorite one in the Holland area. My coffee is always made just right. I wish some of the staff was a little more friendly. However, I totally understand we all have those days. Keep up the great work.

I, about 10 mins.ago,bought a blond vanilla latte with 2 extra shots of vanilla.When i got home and tasted it it had no taste at all! No phone calls allowed, VERY disappointed!! No recourse??

I only get two items when I'm here, either a carmel miceado, or a americana with a extra shot of espresso.

My order was suppose to be nondairy, I asked for almond milk. It was made with regular milk, I'm extremely lactose intolerant and will become sick for days if I ingest any dairy at all. The extreme negligence of this cost me time at work, and stuck me at home with flu like symptoms for days. Maybe it was a slip up, maybe they just forgot, but such a huge error can impact a person in a big way. Maybe retrain the staff to pass closer attention.
