The AI hostes at the drive thru was interesting. The food was greasy and poor for what taco bell used to be. If I need fast food it won't be taco bell any longer.

So I did an order online through the app order was completely wrong. I called the store spoke with the GM she was very nice she said no we care I promise we do. I said okay I did let her make it right I went up there the next day to get my order over my nacho fries were disgusting like very greasy and the bottle of what was left too lazy to make them fresh but whatever not even that my chalupa bread was broken all across the bottom very greasy and slapped together. I’m so pissed because this is try 2 and no better. I will never and I mean NEVER return back to this Taco Bell they really need to get it together because this is a horrible experience. How hard can it be to make things right and if it’s to hard to make correctly then take it off your damn menu.

3 Employees working behind counter and 3 setting in dinning area and multiple tables were needing cleaned. When I walked in, I was the only one in the place and just a couple cars in drive thru. Just an observation.

Went through drive-thru. I don't like the audio voice that takes your order. I also ordered 2 soft taco supremes with light lettuce. Where's the beef? $6 dollars for 2 tacos and this is what I get? Not worth the money!

Ordered a chicken quesadilla and they gave me one with only cheese and random peppers I did NOT order in it. Would not recommend clearly they don’t care about their job. Very lucky I didn’t have a pepper allergy because it could’ve been really bad.
Had to wait half an hour for five items. I had to walk into the lobby which was absolutely disgusting. Red syrup was leaking all over the floor, the back was absolutely trashed and it was smoking in there. Saw three teenage boys who did practically nothing. One even raced around the parking lot three times in their car while I was waiting. Once I did get my food, it was cold. I ordered the chicken tenders(4 pc) and only got three, and then ended up having to go back in for my chips and cheese, which was also cold. My drink was also flat. All in all, it was an awful experience. At least one of the guys apologized for the wait.

I waited 33 minutes for my food and i was the only person waiting, was missing 2 items, food was terrible, and the teenage boys that were working was coming in and outside screaming at each other
