I went there with my family to celebrate Mother’s Day. All three of us ordered the prime rib. My husbands and dons came out done okay but my piece looked like garbage! I sent it back and I swear they flipped it over on the plate and brought it back to me. The manager Jaimie could not have been more rude!!!! She brought me a third piece that actually looked worse than the first two! The waitress was super nice and felt bad and agreed that I should never have been served those pieces of meat. She asked repeatedly for them to make it right with us! But…. They did not. So, my Mother’s Day meal was not eating! What a disappointment!!!

We stopped for dinner while in town. We were seated right away and the server was only a minute behind with drinks. The steaks and ribs were great and perfectly cooked. Morgan did an outstanding job serving us.

40+ orders this year from this location of TRH. My family and I eat here often enough to say that 9.75/10 orders are correct, right temps, and no need for exchanges. I've had just one issue this year which they fully corrected and accommodated for when our food was mistakenly given to the wrong person.

I've always loved TRH, and usually get great service, but this past Sunday I was so disappointed. We came in about 8:00 and had no wait. It wasn't busy. Our waiter was subpar, to say the least. He barely spoke a word to us, never smiled, never came back to check on us during the meal, and acted the whole time as if he'd much rather be somewhere else. When he did speak, it was as few words as possible and so quiet he was difficult to hear. He was so bad my friend wondered if he were possibly high.
We waited quite a while for our salads, and when he finally brought them out we were barely able to start eating when our steaks were brought out. We had to put our salads aside and eat our steak first so it wouldn't get cold. I had asked for extra parm with my salad, which I didn't get. When I asked about it he just stared at me as if he had no idea what I was talking about. He didn't even bring our steaks out, someone else did, then walked away. No one asked us how our steaks were, although he came around the corner and stared at us as we cut them. Guess he figured they were fine, but he didn't ask.
When he brought the check, he acted annoyed that we wanted separate checks. I guess he should have asked when he took our order, but he just didn't care. He dropped the checks then and walked away. He never said he'd come back for it or that we had to pay on the app. We finally figured out he wasn't coming back so we paid that way, but believe me his poor service was reflected in his tip. He never asked me what I wanted on my sweet potato. I had to ask what came on it. I could have placed my order on the app and gone up to a window to pick it up for all the interaction I had with this guy. I'm just not used to TRH employees being so unengaged. If I were to come back again and this guy were my waiter, I would absolutely request someone else, and hopefully this isn't going to be the trend in employees here, because he has no idea how to wait tables.
