I arrived today to order some donuts and a coffee. This establishment has the rudest employees I have ever encountered. No one acknowledged me so I left after standing there for 5 minutes. I see why the rating here is so low.

I actually drive to this location even if there are closer Tim Hortons near by. Their coffee tastes the best and I can’t explain why. No bad aftertaste and rarely ever any old coffee taste. This Tim Hortons and the one in canton on US12. Top two.

I ordered a ham and Swiss on an everything bagel and when I got back to work to eat it, there was literally one slice of almost see through thin ham on it. The one slice of cheese was thicker. I called the store location a few time but no one answered. In all fairness I have not had this issue with previous visits. Definitely did not get my money’s worth.

This Tim Hortons sucks. Every time we go here they mess up our order. Nothing but kids that walk around with air pods in their ears. None of them know what’s going on. Had three people come up to the window to ask questions about our order even though it was written clearly on the screen. Not one adult in sight. Not coming back to this location.

I passed through Holland, Ohio recently on my way to Illinois. I had only had Tim Horton's once before and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service at the Holland store was amazing and I can say Tim Horton's has some of the best donuts I have ever tasted. More than that, the store was very clean and cozy feeling inside. It would be the perfect place to grab breakfast. If you are in Holland, please stop by Tim Horton's on Orchard Centre Drive.

Every time I come here it’s filthy, it takes forever to get service, usually they’re chatting with friends, and my order is always wrong or poor quality. It’s not worth spending $20 on stuff you just throw away. Also, why is the tv blaring sermons about women going to hell for not obeying men? Just an awful time all around.
