waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes 4 other cars left the drive thru so did we. they could have had lots more customers if they were doing what they should have been doing. when i drove around i saw 3 kids laughing about all the customers leaving. what a waste of time. this was the night crew. you guys need to do something about this

Currently waiting in line at drive thru for 15 minutes while the employees are smoking weed on what i can only assume is a break, you know during dinner rush. I find that's the best time to get high. Hopefully the food is semi fresh...and no baked potatoes, the only reason we went but it was hot at peast.

Place is pathetic. Waited 30 minutes and n the lobby for a 4 piece nugget and a jr bacon. Had to get back to work so I didn’t even get my food. The horrible staff will be the end of this chain one day.
They announced they were short handed when she took our order n before I got the total I asked to add 5 frosty and she said no they r short handed..I said u haven't given me the total I'm still here at the mic..I said ok..the hamburgers were hard way over cooked and the chicken sandwiches the same..and we asked for no tomatoes but there was..awful experience..I was willing to wait but we spent 35 n the drinks and fries was really y the only thing we ate..
