Staff literally forgot about us. This pulling forward everytime you go through the drive thru is ridiculous and staff are neglectful. I'm going to refuse to move foward from now on absolutely garbage.

Just picked up 2 cobb salads from drive through. They are supposed to be and have always had GRILLED chicken. We open them up and they took a piece of a half of crispy Fried chicken and put it on top. It wasn't cut it was torn like they ran out of grilled chicken and thought hey just rip a piece of old crispy fried chicken and throw it on top they won't know the difference. Terrible won't be visiting this location again and usually stop there at least 3- 4 times a month for the GRILLED chicken cobb salad

Waited 15 min and never got helped on. Manager looked at me 5 different times and didn’t make an effort to help me. Would not recommend coming here. Food gets 0 out of 5 cause now I have.l to starve without my baconator fries

Came to order today ( Monday) at around 1:50pm could barley hear the lady on the speaker so I asked her to please repeat she decided to think it was okay to yell “I SAID I WILL BE WITH YOU IN A MINUTE! “ I was completely shocked and left immediately. So unprofessional and unfriendly. Would not recommend this place to anyone avoid it at all cost
There is no way this is a legitimate business. No business owner would operate a business this poorly. Definitely a front for something else.

Update: went back for the first time since the last order they messed up (see original review below) and no surprise it was messed up again. Order was not right, fries were cold. But the worst part is a junior bacon cheeseburger without the burger.... really?
Original review: Placed an online order to have ready for pickup. When we arrived they had gave our order to a Doordash driver. Had to wait for them to make it all over again, several things they were then out of. Worst part was the customer service was horrible, nobody seemed to care or apologize, and very rude. When we finally received our order, several things were wrong.
