Update: went back for the first time since the last order they messed up (see original review below) and no surprise it was messed up again. Order was not right, fries were cold. But the worst part is a junior bacon cheeseburger without the burger.... really?

Original review:
Placed an online order to have ready for pickup. When we arrived they had gave our order to a Doordash driver. Had to wait for them to make it all over again, several things they were then out of. Worst part was the customer service was horrible, nobody seemed to care or apologize, and very rude. When we finally received our order, several things were wrong.

We did not feel welcomed when we walked in the door. People were working behind the counter but we were never acknowledged. When they were finally ready to take our order, not a word was spoken to us. The employee just looked at us in annoyance. The employee that took our order was incompetent. She didn’t know how to ring up anything correctly. I had to keep correcting them because what appeared on the screen was wrong. There was also a child of one of the employees sleeping unsupervised on one of the booths. The food was what you would expect from Wendy’s. I will definitely avoid this location.

we pulled in and waited at the window with no response at 5:30p, drove around and they were all at a table so we just left and got mcdonalds

I just sat at the drive thru waiting for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment of me being there (I asked for help 4 times and no one spoke). 4 other cars were ahead and no one moved that whole time. Either get decent staff or close it’s not worth it.
