This Subway is one of my go to places to get a quick meal, as it’s one of the only restaurants nearby. I’ve never had a terrible experience since I usually order online and it’s often ready before the pickup time. The employees are usually nice, but today, something must have had this ladies panties in a twist. The app told me they were building my sub and I was expecting it to be ready when I walked in at the time the app told me to be there. I was very wrong, in fact, when I walked in, there were about 3 people waiting for mobile orders and 3 people in line waiting. As someone who works in customer service, this amount of customers would’ve been a breeze and done in about 10-15 minutes. The two people working seemed stressed over this amount of customers (keep in mind this at about 12:30 pm) almost like they weren’t expecting anyone and were upset they had to do their job. I know what it’s like to be busy and so I remained patient and waited for my food. The younger girl working said that the other lady was working on mobile orders and they would be finished soon. I replied with “No worries, you’re good!” After waiting about 30 minutes for a 6 inch sub and a cookie, the older lady called out my order and I went to grab it and said “Thank you! Have a good rest of your day!” I got no reply and ignored by both workers. All she needed to reply with was a simple, “Thanks, you too!” but instead I got nothing. When I got home and opened my sub, there was mayonnaise all over the sandwich and the bun was dry with little meat and toppings. I ended up throwing over half of it away. Just an overall terrible experience and the older lady who was working today needs some training on her customer service skills. Absolutely no reason to be rude to anyone no matter what’s going on. Next time you’re craving Subway, spend the extra 10 minutes to drive to Millersburg to get your food.

Ordered chicken sub (advertised as hot). After leaving the store, I realized it was completely cold and not even warm. I went back and simply requested it be warmed up. Instead of asking questions, I was immediately shut down. They questioned my integrity and made me feel bad for asking. They offered to make a new sandwich with a terrible attitude. I warmed up the cold sandwich in the gas station microwave instead.

Rude every time I go in. Stood in line for 30 mins with only 1 person in front because worker ignored us and worked on online orders then proceeded to mess up and have to redo them. Update after 40 minutes I walked out ridiculous
Always great service. I order online here often and always a friendly atmosphere when I get there to pick up
Dina was GREAT, was super quick with getting the food ready!! she needs a raise!! 🙂🙌
Good job Dina 😊
My son and I got subs for dinner and the one worker Dina was horrible!! She never washed her hands for one!!!! She didn’t care at all about how she made the subs. They were a mess. She barely put any toppings on my sub and I asked for a little more she said that’s all she’s allowed to put on the sub. I told her that’s fine I like the subway by the OARDC better because they load you up with toppings and they are friendlier!!!
I visited this Subway on a particularly busy day. There were many customers in and out, and all the while I couldn’t help but to be impressed with one employee in particular, Tiffany. She was the only employee working the counter at the time of our visit, tending to countless customers all while maintaining composure and a smile on her face. I was very impressed with her customer service. Our subs were also very tasty, and to our satisfaction! We will be back.
I’ve been going to this subway for years and worked there briefly. Now that I’ve moved on and no longer work there, anytime I come in for a sub or even order one online it’s made poorly and in the worst way possible. Not only is it the most disgusting excuse for a sandwich but my orders are never correct when I pick up online orders either. And even if it does happen to be right, it’s the worst excuse for a sandwich you could possibly imagine. I don’t know if this is because they have something against me for not working there or they just don’t like me or if the staff just plain sucks. ?♂️

Just to get in the building, you have to walk by two of the employees that work there they are normally outside? And just a clouds of smoke, I am going to report the smoking to the state. And they smelled and looked dirty.

I always stop in here for a sandwich, especially when Linda is working! She is friendly and funny and delivers customer service with a smile and usually a joke! This store unfortunately sees a lot of traffic, being one of the few places to stop a long the highway, so they run out of items quickly. BUT the customer service always makes up for it!

Every time I order a sub from here it has came out exactly how I have ordered it. The staff is very friendly and does the best to their ability even when short staffed. I have gotten bad subs from here before but it was on my own mistake when I ordered. Being said this isn't a positive review just because I work next door.

This subway has a policy that you can only have a small pinck of onions olive and other loose ingredients. I mean, like 2 slivers of onio 2 pieces of olive and 2 pieces of peppers. And to ask for more is forbidden.
