I just moved to Howard, Ohio. I never had a good experience with Dominos. I decided to try this location and, to my surprise, the food was amazing. I ordered an extra large pizza and their spinach and feta bread; it was delicious and the food was hot when it was delivered!!! I recently placed my third order, with this location; my pizza and cheesy bread was delicious!!!! Ordering online is quick and simple and delivery was quick. The choices, on style of pizza, was impressive; I recommend the Brooklyn style if you enjoy folding the pizza and do not want a bunch of dough. Pieces are of good portion and you cannot go wrong with the garlic butter.

Until this past Sunday, your Howard OH location has been our favorite place to order from. We have enjoyed your Deluxe Pizza very much, but this past Sunday the mushrooms were way too dry and the Italian sausage was in small, square chunks and not sprinkled evenly over the pizza. We threw most of it away. We are disappointed!

My husband gets the chicken habanero sub frequently. EVERY SINGLE TIME the sauce isn’t on it, which it what makes the sub, the “habanero” sauce, thus the name of the sandwich. A couple weeks ago we ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, opened the box, and no buffalo sauce. Called, they sent out another pizza, when we opened the box it was on the thick garlic crust and I clearly ordered thin crust (I don’t like their regular crust), and there was about 6 chunks of fry chicken on the entire large pizza. I think in the last 3 years our order has been correct 2 or 3 times, and we order a couple times per month. When you call in to complain the “manager on duty” always acts annoyed. And then when you ask how long it will be until the fixed order will be out you get - “around 45 minutes there are orders in front of you.” No, our order was first and it was incorrect, I shouldn’t have to wait another 45 minutes to have what I ordered brought out to us. Or they suggest for you to come to the store to pick it up… no, I just paid your high delivery fee of $5 plus tipped your driver! If I made this many mistakes at my job, I wouldn’t have one anymore!

I just want to say that this is the best Domino's that my wife and I have ever eaten at. We've had Domino's at several places, including different states. Everyone here is friendly, efficient, and the food is always hot. Shout out to Cody, Brandon, Emilie, Victoria, and the rest of the crew. Apologies if I've missed anyone! Thanks for all the hardwork! You all are the best!
