The last time we ordered for pickup online the order wasn't correct. So we haven't ordered for awhile. Tonight we had coupons so we decided to write down what we wanted and my husband was going to go have them make our subs. He came home empty handed and said that as he pulled out list with the coupon out of his pocket the employee immediately said "Uh we don't accept coupons"So he said Thank you and turned around and walked out. We will never patronize them again, especially since Jersey Mike's makes a better sub and we can order online and they always get it right! On the plus side, my husband said it was clean and there was no one else inside except the two young employees.

We all know that the food isn't really good for you... But everything is excellent at any of this owners stores. They take pride in providing excellent food prep and services. I wish all restaurants were as consistent with the quality and service that these owners provide for us. Thank you subway family for a great sandwich with love... Hell with the franchise. If y'all started your own restaurant y'all would be great ?????❤️????

Just spent 20.00 on 2 subs and my tuna sub didn't have the cucumber I asked for well as I couldn't taste any pepper jack cheese. My husband got an Italian BMT and asked for oil, vinegar and mayo and he said his was as dry as the Sahara desert. We will stick with Jersey Mike's, it's worth the drive.

When you're in Howard, Ohio and need a quick bite, why not stop at a Subway? Unfortunately this location was out of tuna fish, so I had to do with a Veggie Delight. And it was exactly as I expected - yummy! The folks were friendly and made ordering a breeze. And of all the things...this Subway had the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen! A+ everybody!

I ordered my favorite sandwich and wasn't disappointed with the meat and the cheese but when it came to my toppings I asked for lettuce spinach... green peppers and she laid three green peppers.... down on my sand which I was disappointed and disgusted by the fact that she thought I tasted those three green peppers.... what a sad day. Also pretty sure I found a bone in my sandwich
