we ordered around 7:30 dec 4 at the drive through classic beef and a smokehouse brisket both meals got back on the road my wife only took 2 bits and said this isn't right not the beef sandwich she knows so I started on mine tasted like a normal roast beef sandwich dunked in a different gravy very disappointing traveling on I80 there was no way of me turning around I hope corporate will see this and contact us

Pulled up to the drive through, no one in front of us, and we still waited 15 minutes for our food. No one spoke to us other than to tell us our total. Terrible service.
No customer service at all, they do not know how to speak to people. Sat in drive thru for about 15 minutes just to have cold food. Fries were hard and cold. Not fresh at all. Worst Arby's I've ever been too.
