Service isn't always professional and I definitely don't think this is the best Arby's in the region. But they got my food right and were courteous to me, at least. This place can be a mixed bag but generally it's a good experience.

I ordered Roast beef sliders. When I opened them to eat while I was driving on the freeway. It turned out they gave me Chicken...which were not very good!! Also did not have strawberry shakes available. This was an early Friday afternoon. Probably will not stop there again. On a previous visit,it took 35 minutes to get order thru drive thru as they had 3 employees call off. Should have warned people of the probable delay before taking their orders. Again,on a Friday evening this time.

Best Customer service in town! Food was okay, my shake was a bit melted when I got it. My gyro had a bit more sauce than was needed. And my fries were a little cold. The drive thru had a bad smell, I not sure if a pipe leaked, but it was a bit stinky. But out of all that this place has the most friendly customer service I've seen in Hubbard. Big shout out too the one very nice young lady with glasses. She was very polite,and made sure we had plenty of sauce. Along with the younger Manager, her personality was so very sweet. Gone there a few times and had overall excellent service!

This place in Hubbard slices their roast beef way too thick. Unlike any other Arby’s I’ve patronized. It is the only one that seems to do it. Quit going there for years because of this. Tried it again today…BIG MISTAKE! What is up with slicing your roast beef like that? Laziness? Never again Hubbard, Ohio. Gross🤮 Tried to include photo but won’t let me. Also as soon as I received my order, reached in and ate a COLD French fry. WHAT? I just got the order! This is only directed to Arby’s in Hubbard Ohio.

Their credit card machine went down in the drive-thru. I understand that. The girl at the drive-thru could have went a little quicker going back and forth to the front register, along with my sandwich I ordered a root beer float by the time I got it 20 minutes later, I had no ice cream in it it was just pop and cream. I was very patient with the least they could have done was give me a fresh root beer float. I understand things happen I work for fast food for 24 years.
