No customer service at all, they do not know how to speak to people. Sat in drive thru for about 15 minutes just to have cold food. Fries were hard and cold. Not fresh at all. Worst Arby's I've ever been too.

My experience at this place was so bad so I shared it with corporate. Even though the girl at the window with acne all over her face told me they wasn't owned by corporate. She was too busy to wait on the window because she was drinking her ice frozen Coke. I'm sure you have heard about this by now.

Food was terrible for one service owas terrible I ordered a order of cheese sticks and someone playing games put four hash browns in the box sideways so it looked like cheese sticks when you opened the bag place I'd the worst place don't take your family there who knows what they do with the food for Christ sakes

Don't stop there!!!! I've been there multiple times and won't go back. Long lines, poor service, etc. McDonald's and burger king are right next door. Go there!!!!!!

Lady helping cashier was not very nice. Another customer came back in because requested no sauce had sauce. I requested no lettuce or tomato got home has tomato and lettuce all in my sauce . Place has gotten worse over the past few years.
