Mai Fun was NOT rice noodles. People have sensitivities and if they are ordering rice noodles - they should get RICE noodles.

I just placed an order for pickup on my way through Hubbard. When I got there, the lights were off and the doors were locked. There was a note on the door that the store wouldnāt be open until 3pm on Oct 14 (today). That was never even mentioned over the phone whatsoever. I called back asking if I was at the right place. It was. She placed me on hold for a while and then I said to āhell with thisā or I was going to be late for my class. She called me back and asked āif I knockedā . When the lights are off and doors locked, clearly it seems nobody is there. Why would I knock?!?!
Despite the mixed reviews online, I like to give a place a shot. Especially since this morning I was in the mood for General Tsoās. Well the verdict is in, and I will NEVER even attempt to order from here again.
You want good Chinese? Order from Golden Dragon in Mercer, PA.
First of all the food was not good. Crab Rangoon was stale, chicken tasted like it was microwaved and the rice was undercooked. But the biggest thing was I woke up the next morning with diarrhea and headache. lived hubbard all my life. First time trying the Asian house and also my last. 10/10 would not recommend.
It used to be good. New owners things changed. Not as good

I'm a bit biased as I had lived in Asia a long time, so know of cooking. The staff are great people, and they did a great job, even though I came in alone on mother's day. I think they did well.

Do NOT recommend.
The hot and sour soup was awful. The amount of sugar in it was unexpected. The egg was minimal. There was no spice. It literally tastes like they took sweet and sour sauce and watered it down into a soup. My husband found a hair in his chicken and rice. The portions are very small and overall the food was disappointing. Meh

Just had the worst Bourbon chicken and most bland rice we ever had. This place used to be ok, but had gone down hill rapidly. They Definitely changed some things and is so far from authentic.

It's been 2 weeks and I'm still wondering where my extra veggies are. The ones I paid extra for. This was THE most tasteless, rice heavy, shrimp absent shrimp fried rice I've ever had. For $50 worth of food, I truly feel taken advantage of. Will never return.

Well now I know why they are never busy anymore. Itās been years since I have been there and I see why. I ordered a large fried rice. Picked it up and costs 9.95! No vegetables at all in it. Rice was not fully cooked and was crunchy. Never again. I feel bad, I try to support mom and pop restaurants. But that was horrible.
