Pizza is going down hill, not worth the money dough dough seems uncooked sometimes every now and then you'll get a great pizza but not constantly

After nearly 30yr away, I return to this well-acclaimed restaurant, only to be quite disappointed by the fish sandwich plate. The top-bun corner was partially torn off, but I hadn't noticed it when a different waitress left the plate as I had my glasses off and was pondering something. I didn't feel like calling the plate in on a suddenly-busy Saturday late afternoon, so just ate what there was (hoping it had been made in a cleanly way). My main waitress seemed distracted even when I first arrived, myself alone and quiet, but she & the other squadron of waitresses really started to buzz around like bees about 20min later when the place suddenly got slammed. The fish filet was good size, but it wasn't very hot (lukewarm), with not a memorable taste, and the partial bun was rather stiff. I kept wondering why the majority of American society has become so unhealthily obese and accepting of subpar food and service, yet almost forced to always tip. The main waitress, a young student probably, was a bit too flippant for my liking -- letting me wait as she tended to a table of 4 large women who were wishy-washy and wasted time. Disgraceful on both sides, to be frank.

I often dine solo so when I was seated it was at a table for 4. The atmosphere was bright and cheerful, with 1 TV on Game Show Network and the other on Keno. I started my meal with Italian fries and stuffed pepper soup. The stuffed pepper soup taste exactly like stuffed peppers and the Italian fries worst soft yet chewy. The star of the starter was the red sauce. From a main course I ordered chicken parm grilled. It came out in a very timely manner and was delicious. Service was fast friendly and quick. Although their main focus is on the Pizza and Bar, I would recommend this restaurant anyone passing through looking for a great Italian restaurant.
