sat in the drive through for over 10 minutes and was told “be with you in a minute” 3 separate times. Worst service at a “fast food” restaurant I’ve had in a long time. To add insult to injury they forgot part of my order

Would've been 5 stars.....food and service were great. Unfortunately I lost my grandmother to one of the massive pit potholes in the parking lot......Christmas won't be the same. Wait. I had an idea. I'll make a Grandma got run over by a reindeer type song and get rich.......what the heck. 5 stars. ☆Grandma rolled in-to-A pothole getting BK one wint-ery eve. You can say there's no such thing as blacktop but as for me and grandpa we believe☆
Took over 30min to get a mobile order. I tried the drivethru first, but it took 5+ minutes with still no service, so I went inside. Must be faster to order in person, because even though I ordered ten minutes before I got there, told the staff my mobile info, people ordering the same thing after me in person got everything, ate, and left before I got my order. The cook in the back kept making lude, and vulgar comments. The brunette in the front was just setting orders down, not even calling anyone's order or name. She walked away from me when I walked up to order, and she was snapping at customers if they needed silverware.

Very slow and manager was rude Adding to it, slowest drive thru service. 15 minutes and still waiting with no one eating inside. And I asked for zesty sauce which I will not receive or thwy out as always

I ordered an egg and cheese croissant. I had to triple check to see if there was any actual egg on it. The egg was very thin and smaller than the slice of cheese. Very disappointing. Won’t be ordering breakfast from Burger King moving forward.

Store hours are posted online as 6am-12am walked there after 6am to have an employee just watch me walk closer and pull on the door for it to be locked then they walked away. This is very unprofessional and rude.
Ate breakfast here yesterday probably one of the worst breakfasts I've ever had my breakfast burrito Junior literally had one line of thin egg that you could not even taste and the lids keep popping off the coffee and I ended up wearing my coffee on my clean pants that I just changed into. I usually visit a different Burger King everyday you could definitely tell the difference in the burrito juniors I would avoid Hubbard Burger King at all costs they do not follow procedure and rip off their customers
