The pizza was good and so were the Parm bread bites but I spent almost 18$ on 16 wings and they were the smallest wings I've ever seen in my life!!! Not only that but they were also very soggy. I will never order wings from dominos again. Don't bother wasting your money on the wings !

I ordered delivery because I didn't want to clear the snow from my car and move my work vehicle in order to drive my personal one after working for 10 hours today. I ordered two supreme pizzas. The website wouldn't let me put in the 5 dollar custom tip, it wouldn't show up in my total. Oh well, I have 5, 1 dollar bills. I'll just give a cash tip. My house is about 6 blocks away mind you. The order comes and that's what I do. And this is what I get for my 31 dollars spent. This can't be done by accident. You have to be completely incompetent to fail this hard at your repetitive job, making pizzas. Brought back, to get a refund. What does the lady say under her breath looking at the receipt? No tip. Oh so thats why it was thrown together like this right? You thought i wasnt going to give a gratuity that 1st of all, is supposed to be earned for good service, not expected compensation for showing up to work. I hope the delivery guy enjoys my 5, 1 dollar bills for bringing me this slop. Went down the raod and got puzza hut. Dominos, you didn't out pizza the HUT.

Fellow customers, be sure you are going to get an 8 CUT, not a SIX cut, when you are ordering with them. The last two times, today, and last month when I ordered, the order was not what I asked for. The sausage topping was generous and the New York style crust is good, BUT, when I say an large 8 CUT, that's what I want. An 8 cut , not a 6 cut. There are 4 of us. Now, 2 of us get 2 baby slices. NOT good buisness practice, and we dont accept the excuse that they just CUT IT WRONG....NO. Not t two orders, back to back.

It's actually the first time we get a PAN and the toppings were delicious we always get extra toppings and there was extra toppings on top of extra top we didn't even ask for like extra cheese but we got it 😋 but I think I rather Go back to hand toss🤔 Just because the Middle was really doey it looked like it wasn't fully cooked we had to keep picking pieces off of it but we ate it because the rest was fine we never have a problem With this Domino's!!

I just used the app to order a specialty supreme pizza. I got a plain cheese delivered to my door. I called and was told they would contact the driver and call me back as I indicated they most likely have pizza and someone else would not get their correct pizza. He called back and said he could credit me. First of all a credit on a cheese vs supreme is much different but never the less I just wanted our dinner. We order a ton of pizza with 6 people in the house over the years at this location. I asked professionals who I was speaking to since I also asked for ownership and he said he was the GM. Again I asked him his name. He then said. I am not giving you this. He also demanded the cheese pizza back. Which I did not want. Very unprofessional and ignited tempers through his immaturity. My wife will be returning the cheese pizza they convent so much in person and now will go else where. Hubbard, OH Dominos you lost a $100 order ever week or so which is accurate cost(s) and we have been ordering for years. On average or $4,000 a year X 5 years which makes $20,000. ???

Went to pick up a pizza, they forgot to put in the extra garlic cups that i paid for. i went home, set pizza down, realized mistake, no big deal. However, pizza looked dry and crust was very dry, un appatizing. called the store, asked them to remake the order, include the garlic cups, and drop it off. they wanted to charge me 4.99 to drop it off. nope. i am not paying for your mistake, and for your dry pizza. they said they will drop off the garlic cups in 45 minutes. shaking my head, like I'm going to want them in 45 minutes. Was it really worth pissing off a customer, just because of poor work ethic? What happened to customer service? This younger generation has NO clue on how to operate a business. Guess we will be going back to Pappa Johns from now on.
