Drinks are tasteless and then they get an attitude when you try to correct them gave us the wrong sandwiches and didn’t tell us they did t have the sandwiches we asked for and just gave us something different, the work area was so unprofessional everyone’s yelling and not doing there job it’s all around not recommended!

I don’t normally write reviews but the attitude of the gentleman here and the teenager who made my drink just now was disgraceful. I drink iced macchiatos from dunkin as much as I change my infant. Literally several times a day. They always look exactly the same no matter what location I get them from. Espresso on the top oat milk on bottom, unstirred. I said to the young lady at the window whom was actually very pleasant “let me just taste it because the color is off” the man came over and asked if something was wrong I proceeded to tell him after I took my sip that my drink was wrong as it’s normally completely black on top and white on bottom as it should be and something was off. He said so you want more espresso, I said it tastes like just oat milk he said SO YOU WANT MORE ESPRESSO. Grabbed my drink came back color still off and said in the future it’ll be an extra $3. As I pulled up a simple google stock photo of how my drink looks EVERY SINGLE TIME I get it he still proceeded to argue before I drove off.

It’s usually pretty good but the last time the refresher tasted like coffee so I went back and got it remade then it tasted like soap and I look over to see the lady cleaning the pumps and I’m sure that solution is what I tasted 🤢

I got a shakin espresso and I usually get them so I know what to expect but the drink they made me was really disappointing, half of the drink was ice and the other half was foam, I knew it was made wrong too bc when she poured it in the cup there was a lot of coffee remaining in her shaker when she made it and she just dumped out the extra. Finished my drink in 2 seconds and was very disappointed bc I usually drink a medium size for hours.
When they completely mess up your drink and tell you no worries, next time you come in you’ll have a free drink… that’s just their way of getting you off the phone. Apparently, the proper thing to do is make the 20 minute drive back to get your drink that day, otherwise you don’t get it. Then for today, I’m standing there for 5 minutes waiting for 3 drinks that have been sitting there the entire time in 2 separate spots because they don’t call out the drinks or give me a receipt to check if they’re my drinks or not that are scattered across the counter. Just another day in fast food 🤦♂️

Hata off to whoever makes bagels at this place. Just slap it on there, it will be ok. I never get bagels here and I can see why not. Not only that but the bagel itself is stiff. It's like chewing cardboard. The coffee is good here and the donuts but definitely not the bagels. As for service two employees deserve a 4 star one does not. She did not seem happy to be at work and was discourteous.

I went back into because my coffee didn't seem right since I always get it the same way. The really nice lady behind the counter believed me that I didn't taste the extra shot of espresso and happily poured me a fresh shot and added it in my cup. They're always busy but the staff is usually really friendly and have no problem correcting an order when a slight mistake happens.
