I ordered a xl coffee and a small hot tea. I got a small hot coffee instead. I tried calling up there just to let them know well you can not get a hold of anybody at that store. This is a Constant thing that they screw up orders. I stop at this Dunkin 5 times a week. 2-3 times a week my order is wrong or my coffee taste burnt.

Avocado toast with bacon...was delivered to me in the drive through with a tiny bit of avocado spread and literally 4crumbs of bacon. Extremely disappointed. It's expensive and I only get it once in a loooong while and I got it from a Dunkin that gipped me all the way around. I'll never order from their dad tire again. I'll drive 30 minutes to get what I'm paying for. Ridiculous in my opinion.

They told my 8 year old daughter that she had to have coffee with the 6 dollar breakfest deal. They could have offered other options for a drink, not everyone drinks coffee.

Ive stopped at this location multiple days a week for the last 5 years beings it was on my way to work. Today i got told I'm not considered a 1st responder because I'm a corrections officer and not a police officer or EMT. I adviced the lady with the botched hair cut that I've been coming here for the last couple years getting the first responder discount, her response was "that's nice", but your not a 1st responder. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER, over .60 cents!!!

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through, had me pull around a wait for 2 wraps . Another 15 minutes and I go inside because they forgot to bring out the wraps (which were cold)

Walked out because all the employees except one were standing around talking while I was clearly waiting to order. The poor kid that was actually working was looking at the workers talking to each other, hoping they would take my order or help out and they just acted like I wasn’t there. 10/30/24 3:50PM. (Check your cameras) The kid working the register was working his butt off though. While the others stood and talked.
Man the workers here act racist as hell. It’s ashamed I can hear them saying hard er n word slurs from the drive thru . Do better and learn some respect. It’s truly disgusting.

I would give zero Stars if possible absolutely rude and disrespectful discriminating and arrogant what employees smile at me another was very rude to me to tell me that they could not take my order after I've been waiting at their window for over a minute how are you going to have a 24-hour coffee shop at a truck stop and then not allow truckers at 3:00 in the morning to get coffee. The fact that they couldn't take my order was not even the biggest issue the biggest issue with how rude and disrespectful they were about it why would you smile and wave had a customer and then have another employee tell them in a disrespectful manner that they cannot order when McDonald's right across the street had no problem with letting me order inside the lobby
