Just walked out of this Dunkin after being the only person in line at the counter for five minutes. Five employees all milling around, not a single one even said hello. The place was filthy, too. Went across the highway to McDonald’s, ordered at the touch screen kiosk, and had my coffee in 30 seconds for less money.

Open 24 hrs?????? Only drive thru isBeing next to a truck stop and wanting coffee but don’t take walk ups.Than open the lobby or do something because a big truck won’t fit thru the drive thru.Truck world is only open for fuel not coffee at this hour and they are supposed to be 24/7

I’d give zero stars if I could. your employees are an absolute disgrace! you spend $6 on a drink and your employees give attitude and are too lazy to make it correctly? do better. I understand you guys are salty that your trash ppl. but there’s a reason you’re working at dunkin. this work ethic is i’ll get you guys absolutely nowhere!! :)
