After many many years of Pizza Works, our favorite pizza shop, its time to move on, too much inconsistency, too much employee turnover, pizza is over cooked , pizza is under cooked ,skimping on the sauce, Sadly we are going to find a different shop

I am not a big fan of their pizzas but love their Focaccia bread! Their salads and folds are also good. Don't always get the items on the salad as advertised though. I have had the berry salad and it didn't have any strawberries on it, this happened twice.

I don't k ow why they can never get our order right. I say "we are vegan" and then follow it up with no cheese mozzarella OR Parmesan and no bacon now there is no meat on this correct?? And they still get it wrong. We can call in or dine in...doesn't matter. And they are always asking us if we want plates. Why would we not want plates when dining in? Not going back. Sadly. Cuz I do like the pizza.

I had a pre-order that was prepaid went inside to get it was totally ignored by at least six employees not one of them acknowledged me being there. I said out loud I bet if I stole all your tips you notice I was here as the tip jar sat in front of me, not that I would have taken it. Still no response. I said maybe I should take all these cookies that are in front of me then you would notice I was here let's still no one noticed or acknowledged my presence. Three of them looked at me none of them acknowledged. Another customer had come in and they did not acknowledge him either.When someone did come to help they told me that they had passed one of my items out the window to someone and therefore they would have to make a new one. So I said I suppose that I should get a free pizza after spending $40 and half and to wait because of an employee's mistake I am sorely disappointed ☹️. Of course they made no offer to correct the issue other than to make another pizza and have me wait which I did. The pizza was pretty good but disappointing none the less. Two thumbs down for service incompetence.
