While traveling back home to Wisconsin, our family of 7 stopped here and had an outstanding experience. Managing a large family can be a challenge, but the staff made everything easy with their friendliness and efficiency.
From placing our multiple orders to receiving our food, every detail was handled with care. Extra condiments, napkins, and small requests were met with patience and a smile.
We visited several restaurants during our trip, and this one truly stood out. The service went above and beyond what we expected, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.

I go here twice a week and never fails every single time they never get our order right. It is wrong every single time and this has been going on for months and months, when trying to tell them to correct the order they half ass fix it and it’s just annoying for them to never get it right. It’s not rocket science and it’s not like we have complicated orders. It’s very simple things. I would go to a different location but this one is the one closest to where I need to go.

I ordered ice cream.....and fries. Ice cream machine is not working French fries were cold I commented that ice cream should be taken off the menu. In 20 years, I have been to Multiple McDonald's stores in OHIO, PA, etc. the ice cream machine is consistently not working. If you ask for feedback, why is the machine never repaired ? Why does the problem still exist after all these years? It is misleading and false advertisement.

Awesome team you got here. Placed a large order for our family 08/10 6:30pm and was honestly expecting to wait a while. After an unusually short wait watching the manager doing a great job expediting orders she brought ours out. Thanks for getting us back on the road quickly.
The food sucks, the workers have the worst attitudes, and pulling everyone forward from the second drive thru window and making us wait 10 minutes is ridiculous. They lie to you and say that they are cooking your food fresh. Can never give you the amount of fries that you overpay for.... the list goes on and on.

This place messes up on almost EVERY order. There is always a wrong item or a missing item. Nearly EVERY time. It’s really unbelievable. Doesn’t matter if I do drive through or delivery there’s always a problem. And the drive through I’m always asked to pull up and wait whether it be 2-3 min or 10. Ridiculous. With the way prices have gone up here they need to do better. This McDonald’s is behind.
