Tried tavern pizza baked so long and hard was inedible. Boneless wings were good, need more sauce. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. I think it’ll be a while before I return to Pizza

Kids had soccer games today.. We got four large stuffed crust pizza's for the team. Thank you pizza hut. It Was done faster than estimated..👍 Wished ya'll allowed pictures.

The staff is so kind and hardworking. When I was picking up my order the staff was making sure everything was in my order. The food was good and was everything I was craving.

Saw the advertisement for melts and wanted to try them. The new cheeseburger melt with sauce reminded me of a big mac with thin crunchy crust. We were surprised how good they tasted. Also ordered a pepperoni lovers melt and was reported to be very good. Will definitely be back for more melts.

Never in my life have a seen a dumber group of people. First I go to pick my pizza up and wait at the window for 5-8 minutes while I can see the people in the back doing nothing. I get my pizza go home and my bread sticks and cinnamon sticks aren't even cut. I call and sit on hold for 15 mins. I finally get through to someone and he proceeds to tell me corporate told them not to cut the BREAD STICKS and CINNAMON STICKS. Like I'm sorry but that is the dumbest thing I've ever heard and don't believe that at all. I asked if there was anything he could do and he told me no cause they can't cut them. I've only lived in Hubbard for 6 months and some of these food places have been down right awful

I tried to call and ask about it, got sent to a Pizza hut call center. Then, the call center redirected me twice to the Hubbard Location, where I sat on hold and gave up eventually.

The place looks CLOSED. I tried to.order over the phone and person kept sending me back to pizza hut advertising. When he finally got on the phone to take order I don't know if he could not hear me or he didn't understand English, it became frustrating that I just hung up. I will not order anything from Pizza Hut!!!
Order was wrong regular breadsticks instead of cheesy, double pepperoni pizza had less pepperoni then a normal pizza, pizza had almost no sauce on it. Food wasn't hot. Pic is what I got and is supposed to be double pepperoni.

This location does a great job getting your order correct about 25% of the time, will even admit when they make a mistake and tell you their policy is they cannot do anything about it, will give you hand tossed crust instead of pan crust but still charge you the extra money, and now I had to tip the delivery driver $16 for a $24 order tonight because the delivery driver doesn't carry change for a cash order? Save yourself the frustration and order from somewhere else. This is the worst Pizza Hut in existence.

Pizza was delicious except for the fact that they could not get the order right, paid extra for extra toppings and got nothing extra. Also paid for jalapenos as a topping and not a single jalapeño in sight. But that wasn’t the worse, the fact that I’m diabetic and ordered Pepsi zero sugar and instead got Diet Pepsi. False advertising, if you don’t have it just say that. There’s a reason why people select what they do , I’m supposed to get what I purchase because I literally pay for it. Service sucks. Do better.
