Just stopped to get a sub here around 8:15pm. Asked if I could get veggies toasted with sub and the guy making the sub refused it saying spinach will burn the oven. I told him spinach is on bottom and it’s covered under tomatoes and onions but he refused and gave attitude. this a first and no other subway has ever refused to toast veggies. You should hire employees with common sense and some curtesy towards customer. So just walked away without buying it and won’t be stopping here in future.

Walked in today at 11:50 and the girl working asked if I had an online order, I said no. She said ok it's going to be a half hour wait. I said a half hour?! She said sorry tell people not to order online. How is that a customers fault. How about have enough people working to accommodate online orders. Walk in customers should be served before an online order. Such a rude lady. I will never go back there

Our subs were really tasty, and Amon made sure to load them up! The whole team was kind and the cleanliness beats a lot of full Subways. the Loves station in general has everything and was also clean and folks were friendly.

They really deserve zero stars... the absolute rudest employee ever tries to take my wifes sub order and got completely argumentative about it for absolutely no reason other than her along with the other 10 employees standing around doing nothing just wanted to continue doing nothing... The sub i got was very lackluster and rather expensive even by truck stop standards. The entire dining area was dirty so we eating in the truck was the only option. My expectations of subway are already low but this place took the cake! Ive never seen such blatant disrespect and so many do-nothing employees in my life at supposed "fast food" joint. Ill never stop at this loves again! The treatment we received was absolutely reprehensible!

We ordered a chicken wrap which was just thrown together with half the ingredients missing and a tuna salad the bowl was half full with many missing ingredients and the wrong salad dressing given if I went into that shop I would’ve never accepted the quality of food it’s a dirty shame what they’re doing they’re throwing food together when you order through DoorDash
