About 7 employees working doing nothing at 11pm-12midnight. In and out of their cars moving them around the parking lot annoying the patrons. The entire team constantly outside smoking together. Screaming and cursing to each other across the parking lot and acting childish when they have to go in and wait on a customer. Surprised to find out the manager was the worst one. It seems to be more of a hangout for these people than a job. No wonder the subs are so bad. Someone responsible really should look into what goes on here late at night. I find it so sad that there are people out there looking for a job who would be amazing and somehow these jokers work here. Also can't figure out why Love's tolerates the musical cars. Isn't there employee parking? They park next to each other, pile in (for what I don't know) get out, then get in again, right in front of the building where they all stand and smoke taking spots away from, and getting in the way of patrons. I doubt anyone will bother to do anything, which is also very sad. This is why the world is turning to crap, people like these Subway employees who don't value the great opportunity they have. I know this because they were bad mouthing their place of employment outside for anyone to hear during one of their smoke breaks, not mention all the other lovely topics of conversation they decided to have outside I wish I wasn't subjected to, during my stop off at Love's. Suggestion- fire them all and start over. Find people who will actually work.

Just stopped to get a sub here around 8:15pm. Asked if I could get veggies toasted with sub and the guy making the sub refused it saying spinach will burn the oven. I told him spinach is on bottom and it’s covered under tomatoes and onions but he refused and gave attitude. this a first and no other subway has ever refused to toast veggies. You should hire employees with common sense and some curtesy towards customer. So just walked away without buying it and won’t be stopping here in future.

Walked in today at 11:50 and the girl working asked if I had an online order, I said no. She said ok it's going to be a half hour wait. I said a half hour?! She said sorry tell people not to order online. How is that a customers fault. How about have enough people working to accommodate online orders. Walk in customers should be served before an online order. Such a rude lady. I will never go back there

Our subs were really tasty, and Amon made sure to load them up! The whole team was kind and the cleanliness beats a lot of full Subways. the Loves station in general has everything and was also clean and folks were friendly.
