Ordered a steak cheesy melt burrito hard pieces in rice. It was raw rice not cooked mixed with cooked. Over half was raw hard. Thought I would chip my teeth. Called manger Kendall said come back get another one. Went back. Rice was only half done and semi hard. I wasn’t going back and she was not nice gave me a hard time not believing me an told her she should have tried it before giving it to me again. She either come back and get another or your money. I told her I’m not coming back but I should be compensated. She said no that’s it. Hung up on me.

Went there today, no cashier, had to order from kiosk only! Dining room was a disaster. If you have time to Lean, you have time to clean! Especially if you don't have to cashier. And fill your soda machines!

The workers were so nice! They helped me and my father use the check in Ipad we were so confused Lol, The Food was Pretty good but the atmosphere could be better

A older man walked in and only had cash and then a employee proceeded to say there required to make everyone use a kiosk so then the man had to leave them the employees laughed and talked about it then another younger guy walked in and was checked out by a employee the people Who work there are rude I don’t reccamend this location

I’m not a person to ever give bad reviews on fast food places because I’m generally very understanding, but my experience a few minutes ago was so bad I have to leave something, all the employees disregarded my order, and all were screaming and laughing in the back instead of preparing my food? After about 20 minutes they finally started working on it and gave it to me wrong, all through this the store was dirty and unstocked. Please improve service!

Stopped at this Taco Bell in Hubbard, Ohio after Referee on the late night. The service was fast and the food was fresh and the service was phenomenal. This is one of the better Taco Bell locations you’ll have.
Always make sure to get my order wrong and forget as many things as possible 9/10 times

There's one girl through the drive thur always has a smile very pleasant!! never had no problems expect they need to stop letting childish boys in there who like to yell stuff at the costumers first time for me!!
