After part of my order was made incorrectly, the issue was quickly resolved. The place was really clean and the staff seemed to get a long well with each other. Laughing and kidding around is a good thing. Shows good morale among the employees in my eyes. The only thing I didn't care for is that the music from the back was as loud as the dining area. Personally, I can't stand trying to listen to 2 different types of music at the same time. Overall, enjoyed my visit and wouldn't hesitate to stop there again.

I like other avoid all taco bells but if there's one to go to, it's rhe one in Hubbard OH. Thursday night, 6pm bunch 9f cars in line. Line moved fast, order was fresh, accurate and staff was very nice. Even the nacho cheese sauce cup was hot. That's a first. I'll be back.
I have generally been avoiding Taco Bell because the quality of the food has gone down and prices are outrageous considering the quality and quantity of the food. By no other choice I was forced by necessity about a month ago to visit the Liberty store. As bad as to be expected but later had extreme digestive issues for 2.5 days after. Thinking I was sick from something else and swearing TB off anyway, again out of limited time I visited this store in Hubbard. The people are friendly enough but the food was cold and hard and I became nauseated after eating it almost immediately. I then had a 24 hour stomach bug. These just can't be coincidences. Never again

I placed my mobile order as usual and pulled up to the drive-through. I was asked to wait a quick moment, then was told they were ready for me to order. I let them know. I had a mobile order and they confirmed everything. Then asked me to pull around. I had one vehicle in front of me and it seemed there was to be an issue with their payment. It was hot outside, so my windows were down and I could hear the vehicle in front of me making a phone call with their Bluetooth sensor speakers were loud, the phone call was to an account balance of available funds less than seven dollars . A few moments later, I seen the drive-through windows open up and food handed out the manager. Kendall had a smile on her face and said don’t worry about it. You have a great day. I got to the window myself where I was greeted by Emma with a smile. I was nosy and asked if the person ahead of me was comped their meal since I heard their account balance less than seven dollars. She called the manager and they both told me yes. I was floored and offered them praises of great customer service. Not saying people should eat for free from a restaurant, but in most cases, the food just gets thrown away. I’m very proud to live in Hubbard with people like this representing our city and our businesses. that is great Customer service for somebody that was in a bad spot. If I could give 10 stars I would! The situation made my day. They should get some type of reward for going above and beyond! They turned an embarrassing situation for a customer into a wonderful experience!

This is the only taco bell I will eat at. Levels above the rest in the youngstown area, I'm not sure if I've ever had such pleasant people serve me at fast food before! I'm so happy to have these kinds of people in town
Once again, Hubbard Taco Bell only sent part of our order & the Dasher left it in a place hard for me to get so that they wouldn't have to walk up 3 porch steps!!
