Inflation drove the price up.. I just wanted a one scoop not huge cone for my kids...5$ cones . For a family of 6 it can be expensive

Good, but those prices are shocking

We have been big supporters of webbs for yrs but recent changes to pricing and portion size have caused us to stop going. I simply don't want that large of a portion of ice cream or to be forced to pay 4× as much just to throw half of it away. We'll drive a little farther and enjoy Handel's. The employees at webbs are always friendly, for their sake, I hope the store survives this poor business decision.

Place needs a coat of paint on the building.
$5 for 2 scoops of ice cream in a sugar cone. (No option for one scoop unless you get a kids choc or vanilla in a cup.)
$10 for us both. Cash only.
Ice cream tasted good. The walnuts in the rocky road tasted fresh. Nice treat.

I ordered quarts of peanut butter/ chocolate, vanilla and chocolate custard. Just wonderful flavor, richness, creamy. I'm a long time fan of Handel's, without complaints. But I think Webbs is just a notch above.

The ice cream is great, but the price increases have left a bad taste in our mouth. Last month it was $1.50 per scoop, and a 'regular' size is now $5 and is the smallest they offer. Some of us still want a smaller portion size but that is gone now. We won't be back until the prices are more reasonable or a smaller size is offered.

Lots of flavor options. Has a drive thru and that's good cause it's on a busy road.

I’ve always loved supporting Webb’s — it’s been my favorite local spot in town for years. Unfortunately, with the recent changes to the pricing and portion sizes, we won’t be returning. My usual sundae is not only noticeably smaller, but the price has gone up significantly. Charging $6–8 for a cone while still being cash-only just isn’t reasonable.

A visit would cost nearly $30 for ice cream for a family of five ( godforbid you took a sports team there to celebrate) and at that point, we’ll make the drive to Handel’s instead. The staff — especially the young girls working there — are always friendly and great, but these pricing changes are likely to hurt more than help.

Horrible business strategy making it so kids option is chocolate or vanilla only we won't be back ever

Most of their scoops of ice cream are very small and their waffle cone looks like a sugar cone. The prices are outrageous for what they give you in my opinion. They do have a good ice cream. But it's not my favorite place.
