Worst service ever. They forgot half the food and wouldnt replace the mac and cheese because they didnt see it still sitting there. Probably because it was never made

I ordered A side of mashed potatoes from this Location it came out to about $6 I only wanted cheddar cheese and sour cream, and when my order was delivered, it came back with bacon. I am extremely allergic to bacon and wasn’t able to consume my meal.

I recently had a horrible experience at the Applebee’s in Huber Heights, OH. I ordered the Bourbon Street Steak cooked medium, but it came out well done. While I understand mistakes happen, the real issue was the lack of follow-up from our server. We sat there for 15-20 minutes without anyone checking in on us. When the server finally returned, she brought the check and asked, "Are you ready for the check?"—even though I hadn’t eaten anything yet because the steak was overcooked.

She took the steak back to be remade, and we waited another 15 minutes. In the meantime, my wife was still waiting for a drink refill and everyone else at the table was finished eating. When the new steak arrived, it was cooked right, but it was just awful in taste. I spoke to the manager about the situation, and all they did was take $8 off the bill, which felt like a slap in the face.

Having worked in the food industry for many years, I can confidently say this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will not be returning to Applebee’s again.

did not get nothing to eat ask to waitress three times as she was my waitress she walked by looked at me did not help us Huber heights store sucks close it down for as I'm concerned I used to love Applebee's date 314 2025 time 4:30 to 5:00 telling everyone stay away from that place I talked two people from not going in they just turned and they left so you didn't get my money or someone else's money PS can't wait to Frisch's opens back up again under new name or under Frisch's they're both the same

We have always enjoyed our visits here in the past. Tonight we were sat right away. We waited 10 minutes before we decided to leave after multiple servers walked by us with no acknowledgement. There were quite a few tables around us who were all being helped. My husband and I met as servers. We are pretty easy to please. The servers were more concerned with being loud and joking around than coming to take a drink order or even just to let us know that we would be helped soon. We seemed to be avoided more than overlooked which is unacceptable. We decided to head down the road to Texas Roadhouse where the service is always great. We will not be back to this location.

Very disorganized place. They don’t prioritize customers at all. Why place a to go order 1 hour of time only to wait an additional 30 minutes to be seen or spoken to.

Went to get dinner with my family there was 5 of us there was only two servers working and they didn't have any time on the wait There was already 4 groups of people waiting with several other employees standing around They definitely need some management in there.

2nd time I have had to go in to get my “curbside pickup” order. Even after getting a “we see you’re here” text. Don’t think they know what curbside means. Server gave me a lame excuse. Food was cold.

We was seated right away. The waitress finally came to the table, but didn’t know about the menu. She did NOT come back to the table to check on us after delivering the food, and there was not a crowd (more than half the tables were empty)! We had to ask for our bill from another female. The waitress finally showed up & was more friendly now. I was there a couple of months ago & walked out because we stood there forEVER. No one even talked to us at all!!!! So, this definitely isn’t a good review!!!! I will not recommend this restaurant!
