Was a great experience. Short on staff but that didn't take away from the experience.

The experience wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. The food wasn't anything special and my wife's dish was a little cold when we got it. Server was nice and timely and the atmosphere was like being back in the early 2000s, very little seemed updated. The overall experience was very so-so.

2 for 25, isn't exactly that. Most entrée selections are a few dollars more. Other than that. Staff was great and food was good 👍

Never even got the chance to eat cause the hostess did not know what she was doing. A party of 6 was in before us waiting to be sat when we walked in, after seeing no host we took a seat next to them and were there for about 5 minutes. The hostess did come up to the stand but not one word was said to us or the party before ( didn’t ask for our names for the wait) After another 10 minutes of waiting another 6-7 people walk in right up to the host and she sits them all down, skipping the people before and us. After I realized we wasted about 20 minutes waiting and she didnt care to get us seated or see what we were all waiting for (to eat obviously) we left and gave our business to Bdubs. I did reach out to customer service and was told someone would get back to us and this was over a week ago which is also disappointing.

This Applebee was just horrible and there was hair in me and my friend’s food. Also, while not that busy the food took awhile to come out and wasn’t really warm when it did come. The drinks were also not as I expected.

Everything was cooked to perfection. Not overcooked. The food was well seasoned and flavorful. Will return. Service was prompt.

The food was great! These services was great! The reason l gave four stars is how long it took to receive the food. So, that is the reason l gave Applebee's Grill+Bar four stars.

Horrible experience. We’re in the middle of getting sat at our booth when the man sitting us stops and leave us in the walkway to take a to-go order. We finally get sat and our booth was sticky and the floor beneath us was sticky and filled with broken tortilla chips. After being sat, we waited 10 minutes without anyone even making eye contact with us. Finally had to flag someone down to ask if they knew where our server was, just in case the sitting experience had impacted our server knowing we were there. Our server finally comes and asks what we want, but Brittney seemed exasperated for us to even be there. We say that we’re just ready for order our drinks and food in one go. That was the last time we heard from our server. She made three separate trips to our table to set down our drinks and silverware. Still, she didn’t say a word. She continued to walk by us for another 30 minutes without saying a single word. We watched as people behind us got their dinners and desserts. However, we did get dinner (no dinner?) and a show by watching the man who seated us giving a server a massage at the bar. We ended up leaving after 50 minutes of no food. Glad we live out of state because we won’t be back here.

TL;DR: don’t go.

Had the fiesta lime chicken and found a random hard as a rock French fry in my food. Wasn’t too alarming until I found an expiration label in the food too. Ended tossing the food since I don’t eat out of trash cans.

They steal from you. We went to eat there last week. Our server was talking to others. When he dropped off food he would walk away before we could ask for a refill on the endless wings. We decided to not leave a tip because he was rude and didn’t do his job. That night 3 hours after we left we were charged for a $20 online order. We went in to complain and the manager said it was a system error. Claimed it would be refunded. They were full of it. They combined the $20 order to our original order. Now we are contesting the charge and ordering a new bank card.
