Such a terrible location. Hands down one of the worst restaurants in the area. Slow. Foods consistently terrible. The service is even worse. Its strange going to a business and getting treated like an inconvenience

It was late at night. I couldn't see the gentleman's name tag. He was a slim, young man working by himself and had long braids or dreads. I felt the need to leave feedback, saying he was polite, honest, efficient, and quick. It was the best service I've received in a long time from Arby's. I wasn't expecting him to be taking orders as it was five minutes to closing, but I'm glad I took the chance. He made the experience on a whole other level of positivity and excellence. I will definitely be spreading the word and returning, maybe in 24 hours, just because of that service from that gentleman. I wasn't expecting that at all. He was glad to be there, and it showed excellent customer service. I've been in the business for over 20 years. Thank you so much.

They gave my food to the car pulled up ahead of me-just beyond the window- and when the employee was called back by customer to retrieve my order, they re-wrapped the sandwhich and brought inside to the manager (clearly different uniform) who proceeded to re-bag within my view and have the same employee serve it to me. I asked was this food given to those people? And the employee responded YES. I was given a refund by same manager that re-bagged the food and sent it out.

Don’t go to this Arby at your lunchtime because the cooks out back taking a smoke break and see the car pulling up and starts throwing his hands up angry that his work is interrupting a smoke break. One car in the drive-through. SMH. This is how I business business by people not wanting to work.

This Arby's has gone down hill. I used to be able to rely on them for good food and good service. However, their food quality as dropped and their service is lacking.
*Update (12/9/24): Had to order DoorDash from this location last week due to other location not having any roast beef. These fools forgot multiple items. So if you order for delivery, be wary and if you pickup / drive through, CHECK YOUR BAG before leaving!
