This location is in the worst area. Vehicles will not let to into the parking lot or out. In addition, I sat in line for about 5 mins. I then pulled out and parked and went inside. I was leaving and the 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru were still sitting there.

The dining area was filthy. The condiment dispenser was disgustingly grimey. No ice and they said their milkshake machine was down.

There is a manager there name Julie she walked passed me for 15 minutes straight while I was trying to order my food some young man finally came up and took my order while I was waiting on my food Julie came and spoke to me her smell was unacceptable I seen her stomach hanging out her shirt and I don’t think she need to be around food she is very rude I’ve came up there at closing which is supposed to be 11 but it always seems she closes at 8-9:30 I come often and this is unprofessional.

Not a good experience today. Stood at the counter for a few minutes before the young cashier slowly made their way to take our order. Had their hood up which is weird to do at work but okay. Didn't say a word to us just stared down while we ordered. You could tell they did not want to be there. We were the only ones there and just waited at the counter while they played on their phone. When our food was ready they just pushed the bag to us and again didnt say a word. Food could be ALOT fresher and the cheese cup was 1/3 full. And there was no ice in the drink machine and no straws available.

Ew. So gross.🤮
The floor was incredibly sticky, there was no one inside but we still had to wait.
They were out of straws and napkins at the condiment counter and not only that but drink area was disgusting.
There was a giant bucket of brown sludge on the counter, labeled as “sanitizer”, but it looked anything but sanitary.
You could see the workers in the back handing each other fistfuls of meat like an assembly line and slapping them onto the buns.
The tables and chairs were really sticky and looked as if they were wet, you would think they would find time to clean up with all that free time they seem to have.
All in all…ewwwww. Never again.

Unbelievable. I walked into this location yesterday to hear everyone in the kitchen yelling about their sexual ventures in the most graphic and vulnerable detail as you can. I stood at the register for 3-4 minutes waiting to be helped. I'm pretty sure that the guy that took my order was stoned out of his mind. His eyes were barely open, I could barely understand what he was saying, and he tried to charge me twice for my meal.

What a disgrace.

We went through the drive through. They were very slow. They were probably understaffed. We left here and went to one in Springfield that literally had 2 ladies working the whole store. But we left before we got our food because they gave it to the people in the car ahead of us who went through it and then handed it back. At this point we'd been waiting for well over 5 min with only that car ahead of us. Another car came behind us and left as well. Note that they have the drive-thru set up so it's hard to drive off.

They never send Arby’s sauce or marinara with deliveries. Which is really frustrating because unlike ketchup, people don’t typically keep their own supply of those.

Went through the drive-thru and had great service. Friendly staff for sure. The food was meh - the meat was dry and the fries were soggy. The cheese sticks were good though. It was a little pricey for fast food - I paid $16 for an original roast beef meal and cheese sticks (4 piece).
