I go to this location ALOT! Sometimes 3/4x a week because of my renal diet. It’s one of the few place I can eat at. I absolutely love the food, how fresh it is every time, but most of all the team at this location is so friendly, helpful and polite. They always move rather quickly, and genuinely just nice people working at this location! The experience and food is great every time. Highly recommend, especially if you are gluten free or on a renal diet like myself!

This is an amazing taste experience. The restaurant is always clean fresh food and always exceeds my expectations on flavor. The location of this BiBibop is close to the interstate and very accessible. I recommend sitting down inside and taking advantage of the miso soup that comes complimentary with your bimbibap bowl. This is an awesome Korean influenced menu. I usually get the spicy chicken or the teriyaki beef bowls. Of course I get the purple rice. You can get the white rice if you want but you’re missing out on the purple rice. I drive over 30 minutes just to get this flavor experience. When I leave I usually have half of my bowl to eat more at home. The vitamins and nutrition in these bowls are amazing. Add the kale and the sprouts. The staff is friendly and always welcomes me. Restroom facilities are clean. This is a destination meal you’ll thank me for later.

Ordered online (direct BIBIBOP- NOT the expensive dashing site) for pickup at the drive thru window for the first time since they opened here.
It was EXACTLY like we would have ordered on Brown St!
Plus the bogo 1/2 off deal made it $11/person. Can’t beat that for a full on flavorful, filling and healthy dinner.

The food is good- WHEN THEY GET IT RIGHT. When this location first opened, they were great. Out of the last 7 times I’ve placed an online order, 6 of the orders have been made wrong. Extremely difficult to get in touch with the store, just as difficult to get in touch with customer support or whoever, to try to resolve it each time. If they get it wrong one more time, I’m done going here.

Everything on the menu is gluten-free, which was great for my family. The customer service was great. This was my first time dining here. I was less than impressed with the sweet potato noodles and the lack of flavor to my food. The inside looked and operated just like Chipotle. It costed $18 per person to grab a basic lunch/dinner bowl and fountain drinks. Won't be returning.

We were eating around 8pm . They were scraping the pans without fresh fillings, meat choices were not hot enough to safely serve. Needless to say we paid a price the next day for the unsafe temperature! Step way!

Can't park near here, have to walk pretty far. Service is terrible, lobby not bug enough. Poor layout and use of space in the whole area.
