Sadly the food quality seems to have gone down over the years and our waitress only came by the table twice during our visit once to take our order and a second time to deliver the food. No refills on coffee or any drinks and the place wasn't even busy.

Waited over an hour when we were told 30 minutes. When I told the seater that we had six people in our party he made a noise like he was disgusted with how many was in our party. We got completely skipped over on the wait list. We were there for a total of 2 1/2 hrs. The service we received was awful. We all had to get up anytime we needed refills and also was served some of our food with no utensils and we had to get up and go ask for utensils. My husband ended up having to leave with our son because our son’s sugar started dropping and he started feeling really ill. They only took off my husband’s meal off the bill and gave me his food. We will never be back at the Huber location again!!

I love Bob Evans. This location is nice and quiet, the staff are super helpful and friendly. The prices though are ridiculous and I have stopped eating here.

Bob Evans provides poor service when you walk in the door. There is rarely anyone waiting to seat you. They tell you it'll be one time and its more than double that. They seat some groups before others that were there first. They have no idea how to seat people, clear tables etc. I've gone in when there are a ton of empty tables yet there's 50 people waiting in the lobby to be seated. Not sure what's going on but they've really gone down hill. The server herself that I get every week is awesome, Jenny. She's amazing and the only reason I've kept coming here.

Checked in half hour in advance for table for nine. We were put at two different tables. Onion rings were 1.99 extra and so over done they cracked and fell apart like a fortune cookie. I still left a tip because I believe this was the manager's fault not our waitress.. Pamela Edwards
