I ordered pick up on my phone I waited for the time that the order would be ready once I walked it wasn't busy. They didn't have my order ready so I had to wait a additional 20mins the food was not worth the wait ill never be going back again.

Ugh, just don't waste your time going here. Bad service and worse food. The food tastes like school grade cafeteria food. The gravy had a skin, and potatoes were cold. I ordered sourdough... but that isn't what came. Ultimately, just go to Aldis or walmart frozen food section, and you can get their chicken fried steak or burgers. That is just sad. Especially for what they charge... they need to fire whoever orders the food cause the lack of quality shines through the most here. In addition, the 2 large tables that came in behind us got their order taken & served before us. They had a good waitress, and we got someone substantially less attentive. It was a stark difference.
We waited 45-60 minutes for our food which never came and we eventually just left. Our server did not come back once to check on us after our order was taken. We had to go find him to cancel our order and ask for our check.

We came to pick up an order at a very busy time and there was a mixup with the order. The young man working the take out counter quickly and efficiently rectified the mix up, with a smile. He was so professional and handled the business so well. Everyone at the Huber Heights Bob Evan's was doing so well with the crowded busy time, really a great team. We will be returning, such a great staff.
