Buffalo Wild Wings

I’m not gonna leave a 1star because I try to be fair. This location is usually always a 5star. Atmosphere, food, management was all 5 stars today. However service from the to go specialist was a 1star. I always order online to get points and exclusives and my wife always follows with a phone call to request it be made fresh out of the last 5 times doing so 4/5 it was made fresh. Which is why we do so. But instead of asking if I wanted silverware with my order the to go specialist educated me on how the food comes out is the best they can do so we don’t need to call everytime. Definitely was rude. And she lacks hospitality.

UPDATE-came back today and ate inside. The same togo specialist that we had a problem with ran out appetizers out for us. Took our dirty plates away. And offered us a refill. She totally redeemed herself. The server got upset at her for getting us a refill. But I think that's outstanding service from a togo specialist and shows a lot of hospitality. So maybe I caught her on a bad day before. But I take back what I said on the original review and would recommend this location.

Customer service was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Will not be returning to this particular BWW I’m so dissatisfied with the entire experience we go to Huber because it’s a nice area. Not to deal with the awful wait times and then stressed crappy attitudes.

Me and my son stopped in before going to the movies and got some food. The waitress was very nice and attentive. It was early so we for seated immediately. The food was fresh and hot 🔥 My only regret is the food was so good I forgot to take a pic of it before I devoured it...LOL 😋

I come from Springfield to this location because that one sucks and is wildly inconsistent. Never had an issue here and 20 years. Keep it up.

Things went really well when we first got there we got served right away and got our food right away got the all you can eat wings. Then things changed it's like they shut us off we had to ask for everything drinks and food refills. I asked for more tea and was told you can have water they already have tea thrown out for the night. This was at 7:45 I was not happy about this I paid to drink tea I cannot have a lot of sodas I cannot have sweet tea but they sure had a lot of sweet tea. How to ask for manager, manager came over apologized and they made more unsweetened tea. But we still had to ask for more refills on the food. Probably won't be back for a while, it's been over a year since we've been there and probably won't go back again.

Went in when they were dead. Took forever for the waitress to come over and take my drink order. She got a milk and water, so she wasn't even really paying attention. Kept waiting for her to come back, but she never did (nor any of her coworkers.) I left a $5 on the table and left.

Dining in experiences have always been good with great service and good food if you like eating here. Our carry out from our last visit was not as good as dining in. We had a 20 boneless order with one sauce. They changed it to a two sauce order for reasons unknown. The second sauce was decent enough but this is the first Buffalo Wild Wings experience I’ve had the “all breading” boneless wings and usually I don’t have complaints on their boneless wings. Everything else on the order was on par.

The wings suck beer is warm go to frickers it's much better

I order the bogo 15 boneless wings (honey bbq) with ranch and carrots/celery over the phone. It was very packed which is expected but when I got home, most of the wings were very hard, couldn’t eat them and were barely sauced. It doesn’t need to be drenched but at-least coated. I am assuming maybe in a rush but I wouldn’t recommend as this is my second time coming both for bogo (Togo)and wings sucked. I paid 18.99 for 30 and maybe at 20. I also asked for carrots/celery and ranch but they forgot the carrots/celery but did remember the ranch.

This location has gotten alot better, the servers are awesome and the food is spot on most of the time, still kinda pricey for what it is, but the lunch 2 for $20 is a good deal. Portions are smaller than what they used to be, but the prices have gone up. So keep an eye on what you order/receipt.
