My wife just bought 20 mild wings horrible no sauce they are plain in that case I should of got them plain

I love bw3, but yesterday I was so disappointed. I order the beer chicken sub sub. It was full of salt. I couldn’t eat it I put it garbage.

Good food, low crowd

I always sit at the bar.. Everyone I go regardless of who my tender is, I always get attentive, friendly, and the best customer service.

We had a table of 11. I ordered a cheese steak the meat was very bland. The tater tots seemed to have been under a heat lamp way too long. Others in our group were also complaining about the quality and temperature of the food.

Buffalo Wild Wings is not known for their quick service… but I was happily surprised when my mobile order was ready 8 minutes before its scheduled time. The food itself was quite good, too.

I order fries and boneless no sauce chicken wings, the fries and chicken is not bad but the aftertaste of the chicken is weird, i do enjoyed it

I am a door dasher the red haired lady was extremely rude and all I did was walk in

I’m not gonna leave a 1star because I try to be fair. This location is usually always a 5star. Atmosphere, food, management was all 5 stars today. However service from the to go specialist was a 1star. I always order online to get points and exclusives and my wife always follows with a phone call to request it be made fresh out of the last 5 times doing so 4/5 it was made fresh. Which is why we do so. But instead of asking if I wanted silverware with my order the to go specialist educated me on how the food comes out is the best they can do so we don’t need to call everytime. Definitely was rude. And she lacks hospitality.

UPDATE-came back today and ate inside. The same togo specialist that we had a problem with ran out appetizers out for us. Took our dirty plates away. And offered us a refill. She totally redeemed herself. The server got upset at her for getting us a refill. But I think that's outstanding service from a togo specialist and shows a lot of hospitality. So maybe I caught her on a bad day before. But I take back what I said on the original review and would recommend this location.

Customer service was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Will not be returning to this particular BWW I’m so dissatisfied with the entire experience we go to Huber because it’s a nice area. Not to deal with the awful wait times and then stressed crappy attitudes.

Me and my son stopped in before going to the movies and got some food. The waitress was very nice and attentive. It was early so we for seated immediately. The food was fresh and hot 🔥 My only regret is the food was so good I forgot to take a pic of it before I devoured it...LOL 😋

I come from Springfield to this location because that one sucks and is wildly inconsistent. Never had an issue here and 20 years. Keep it up.
