Went in when they were dead. Took forever for the waitress to come over and take my drink order. She got a milk and water, so she wasn't even really paying attention. Kept waiting for her to come back, but she never did (nor any of her coworkers.) I left a $5 on the table and left.

Dining in experiences have always been good with great service and good food if you like eating here. Our carry out from our last visit was not as good as dining in. We had a 20 boneless order with one sauce. They changed it to a two sauce order for reasons unknown. The second sauce was decent enough but this is the first Buffalo Wild Wings experience I’ve had the “all breading” boneless wings and usually I don’t have complaints on their boneless wings. Everything else on the order was on par.

I order the bogo 15 boneless wings (honey bbq) with ranch and carrots/celery over the phone. It was very packed which is expected but when I got home, most of the wings were very hard, couldn’t eat them and were barely sauced. It doesn’t need to be drenched but at-least coated. I am assuming maybe in a rush but I wouldn’t recommend as this is my second time coming both for bogo (Togo)and wings sucked. I paid 18.99 for 30 and maybe at 20. I also asked for carrots/celery and ranch but they forgot the carrots/celery but did remember the ranch.

This location has gotten alot better, the servers are awesome and the food is spot on most of the time, still kinda pricey for what it is, but the lunch 2 for $20 is a good deal. Portions are smaller than what they used to be, but the prices have gone up. So keep an eye on what you order/receipt.

This is a pretty good bdubs. the first time i went to this location i had amazing service and food. we tried the 6 for $19.99. the wings and burger were delicious. the fried pickles are also good. the food came out fast and hot. i personally favor the orange chicken boneless wings. the last time i visited was a little different, i ordered the same thing but the server was not attentive and rushed us out. didn’t ask if that’s all we wanted or if we needed anything else, just immediately brought the check. my tots were so burnt i couldn’t even put my fork in them and wings were cold, not even room temperature. i will return and see if it was just a bad night, and next time i will send the food back if it’s not up to par. i would recommend this location but make sure you check your food before the server runs and disappears

Chicken truly has no taste…dry and disappointing!

Have never once ordered to go or delivery from here and gotten all of what we’ve ordered. Not to mention they barely cover the wings with sauce. Disgraceful.

The salt content in this food is off the charts! Still the same great taste but I can no longer eat here due to water retention.

We visited your establishment at 7pm and were dismayed to find only three occupied tables. This should have been a red flag, despite this relatively vacant restaurant, we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, our experience was marred from the beginning by our server's demeanor, who seemed unenthused and annoyed to have new customers.

We ordered multiple items, 2 tall draft beers, which upon receiving were flat, the chip trio with queso, guacamole, salsa, and the pretzel bites, The guacamole was not up to par as it consisted mainly of smashed avocado with little else. Our son's chicken tenders were also unappetizing, with a greasy texture similar to breaded rope that made them difficult to cut or eat. The onion rings and queso were the highlight of the food we ordered.

The main reason we chose to visit your restaurant was for chicken wings, but they were so bad, tiny, little to no meat and crunchy, very overcooked because they were TINY! When we expressed our disappointment to our server, he seemed dismissive and unhelpful and stated (That’s Cool, That’s Great) and he walked away in a huff. We did appreciate the efforts of the female manager, who offered to assist and was apologetic. Despite her best efforts, we were unhappy with the overall experience and felt that our server's attitude, above and beyond the poor-quality food significantly contributed to the negative outcome and just opted for our check.

Regrettably, the bill for a couple of flat beers, appetizers and an inedible tender meal exceeded $60+, which we felt was excessive given the quality of food we received. We had previously visited your restaurant 10+ years ago and now remember why we stopped returning. With so many great chicken wing options in our area, we will not return to this location.

Ordered a Togo order online got it home and it was old and not made properly. I call to get order replaced was put on hold and told I had to speak with a manger after a couple mins I hung up. I get to the store with food in hand and the manger tells me I have to wait for the food AGAIN because I hung up after waiting on hold for longer than I should have. My food was made poorly and she acted like it was my fault then when I asked her name she walked says it as she was walking away. I believe she said Kailey Hailey something of the sort but either way she was rude and not very customer oriented!
