The food wasn't bad. PAY WITH CASH ONLY. The cashier apparently used my card for two different orders. I would have never known, had I not checked my bank account (about something completely unrelated), the following day.
There is bugs crawling on the bathroom floor, the cashier's are semi rude, horrible experience

Very dirty!! The play area filthy, the ice machine filthy, and they have little nats flying around everywhere. To top it off staff wasnt very friendly. I can only imagine how the kitchen look based off how the rest of the restaurant look... I will never come back to this one nor will i recommend it. From now on ill stick with the brandt pike burger king.

Lol do yourself a favor just don't go here. Literally try anything else. Drinks taste funny, in fact id say everything tastes funny from this location. I keep trying to give it a chance but it's worse than Arby's and taco bell.

Went through the drive-thru around 10:30 p.m. and the girl working the drive-thru window with so rude ? I just downloaded the Burger King app .. I had some questions that she was not helpful and just so cold and rude.. if she hates her job that much she should not be working there ???? I will not go back to that location

I went thru the drive thru for a large Coke. When I go thru the BK at Harshman and Brandt on my way to work for a large Coke it costs $2.81. I drive thru this location and it costs $3.32?! Fifty one cent difference for the same thing ? So I had a dollar bill, several quarters and then I grabbed some dimes to make up the extra as I didn’t want to put such a low amount on my card. I ended up giving her $3.35. The girl stops in the middle of counting and says “how much is here because I don’t know”. I get everyone learns different, some people aren’t good at math etc. but if you have someone running a register of a restaurant and they can’t count just over $3 in change? That’s an issue. But then I pull up to second window to get my drink and they hand me a medium cup when I ordered large and I said something to her and she said that’s their large cups! So not only is it 51 cents more for a drink here, the drinks are smaller ? No wonder this location is never busy!!
