Went for pickup got there saw my bags said they were waiting for something waited 20 minutes someone from back asked me what I was there for she said it was done guy at counter from more interested in female customers said sorry and they forgot my sauces called back they admitted to it and ended up hanging up

I asked about difference in two prices for 15 pc butterfly shrimp (one sign states $6 and change another sign states $9 and change) and customer service's response was VERY ill-mannered when clearly she doesn't know. You should know the food/products that you are selling or working with.

Waited 15 minutes to have my order taken. I had to back up so the two cars in front of me could leave because they couldn’t get their food. The parking lot was basically empty. I went inside and two people walked in front of me and waited an additional 10 minutes the gentleman cooking was doing his best, but the gentleman working the register was completely lost and couldn’t handle three people‘s order.

The manager took my order but because they have employees that don't take their jobs seriously, the service sucked, gave me the wrong sides.... can't eat potatoes so they gave me double french fries instead of the double broccoli I ordered.......
Again this is ran like a daycare and not a place of business

The food is way too greasy and old for the amount of time they make you wait. The oil they cook their food in you can tell it does not get changed. I went one evening and tbe food was refried to the point it was hard. Some of the employers are unprofessional and have no customer service

I hadn’t been to a Captain D’s in well over 5 years - pre COVID. I had a taste for the fried fish, so I drove 20 minutes to the location in Huber/Fairborne. We got there before 9. They already had the mop bucket out which reeked. There were only a few customers there. We ordered dine-in. It took almost 30 minutes to get our food, and when it arrived it came in styrofoam to-go boxes. No self serve condiment stations with tartar sauce, no drink machine. There was this hoodlum teenager slinking around the restaurant looking out the window and talking loudly on his phone. When he joined up with his buddy who worked in the back, the atmosphere turned from quiet to obnoxious clamor.

I will never set foot in a CapD’s again after this. It is so sad to see these older chains that have been around for decades turn to crap after COVID. They’ve just quit trying to be excellent, but oh, do they still ask top dollar for their product… Nope, not any more. :)

Employees seem more concerned about taking breaks and arguing amongst themselves than taking care of paying customers. Won't come back here
