My side salad looked horrible. Went out my way to take it back and get a new, with the intent on asking for fresh fries, and the new salad looked just like the first one. I got some fries, but they were cold. Do better.

This chick fil a location in Huber Heights is amazing, not sure what all these haters are talking about. Always fast with it, staff is amazing and food ALWAYS FRESH AS F.…. Foods always good.
Only complaints are, selling Dasani water…. crazy behavior.

Other than that this place is perfect in every way and any Karen’s throwing negativity and go “enjoy” McDonald’s or some other mid fast food restaurant.

We ordered two twelve count chicken nuggets meals. Asked for chick fila and ranch with both. They gave me 1 of each. Seriously, with 2- 12 cound meals they only give 2 dipping sauce. Cheap and singy chick fila.

Food Poisoning after eating Chicken Tortilla Soup yesterday. The soup was dark and didn't taste like normal which was the first indication. I woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating abdominal pains and other symptoms. BE CAREFUL eating at this location. Terrible!

Terrible customer service. Forgetting food and not crediting customers back?
I was there today (11/11/24 veterans day) on 3 separate occasions (I doordash) and witnessed them telling veterans they had to download an app, faovitre a post before midnight to receive the free chicken sandwich. These men were in their 80s, had ID and explained they dont even have social medai!! This is ridiculous they have and are serving our country and shouldn't have to jump through hoops to receive the sandwich! Have them show their military ID and give them the item! Do better #chikfila
