Quite possibly the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. 27 minute wait with 12 customers in line . Just when you think it can’t get any worse rice was super undercooked and extremely salty .

Order online went in because it said it was ready I get in their the workers clearly didn’t care about their job was to busy trying to close the place down and close off lobby where customers couldn’t sit same lady that was on mobile ordering area kept walking around every where with the same gloves on touching every thing she really acted like she hated her job the most horrible experience I have had here I sat their a good 15 minutes she finally says what are you waiting for I said my order she said I don’t have it here I’m like ok I go out and come back I’m like you guys do have the order ready it says she said well did you place it here I said yes she said well look at the screen do you see your name I said yes she the. Looks at an order that was setting rite in front of her the same order that was setting their the hole time I was waiting for my food the food was ice cold I asked her if the stuff could just be cancel she said no you have to not only was my order messed up a lady came in to order to they told her she couldn’t she would have to do it on line as she walks away they just sit their n laugh at her why the cashier is folding her arms just standing their not a great way to represent your business the one cashier asked the blond head lady a question because customers kept comeing in and she shrugged her shoulders and said she could care less

Avoid this location at all costs. Do not order online or they will mess it up or have half the ingredients missing/ are out of stock. Closest best chipotle to you is miller ln. No wonder company had a bad Q4

Doors are open but as you can see they made a fort of chairs blocking the order lane with a sign that says online orders only. This Huber location lacks good management. GM is responsible for this store and should be here with other managers and make sure this store is run properly everyday. Can tell you since I've been sitting in my car making this review they have lost about 20 customers.

This location is ALWAYS out of chips. They never make enough and are always out by 630 pm. The service is also very slow, they don’t seem to have any hustle to their work.

Waited 20 minutes in line. The line barely moved. Once we got towards the front, the worker announced they ran out of white rice and brown rice. Bad experience.

Arguably one of the worst Chipotle locations I have ever been too. Service is slow and clearly the workers are not taught standard restaurant efficiency practices. I have been in there multiple times where they ran out of rice, meats, and sides of vinaigrette. I have never had this issue at any other location. I now go to the one on Miller Lane and would advise anyone else to do the same and to not waste your time at this location in Huber.
