Me and my husband stopped in for a large cup of vanilla ice-cream for me and a peanut butter sundae with extra peanut butter for my husband. They gave me what looked like the smallest cup they had and didnt even full the cup half way. When I took it back in and asked for the large cup of ice-cream I paid for lady at the counter said that was a large. So I pointed at the cup another customer was holding asking what size she had she informed me she ordered and medium. I then asked the lady if mine was a large how this medium cup was bigger then my large. No answer the lady just asked me to leave which I did. I won't be returning.

The food here is always good, and the services friendly. I stopped by yesterday for a hot dog combo meal and was disappointed to find out they no longer serve french fries. They give you a choice of chips now. I guess they need to change their description since it says they serve hamburgers and french fries.

Came yesterday and our order was almost $30. 3 of the blizzards were a soupy mess. I had a blizzard that had cookie dough and brownie pieces, there were a ton of cookie dough pieces and ONE brownie piece. For the price of a small blizzard to be almost $6 it should be made correctly and be able to pass the upside down test that you all never do.

1ST I WOULD LIKE TO SAY MY FAMILY HAS BEEN GOING TO THE HUBER HEIGHTS OHIO DAIRY QUEEN FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND MAJORITY OF THE TIME WE HAVE HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE AND TREATES BUT .Sun 13 April at around 9 pm my 76 year old Mother went through the drive thru AND THERE WERE 3 YOUNG MEN AND A COUPLE OF YOUNG GIRLS MY MOTHER IS A RESPECTFUL PERSON BUT ONE OF THE YOUNG BLACK MALES HELD A BANANA BY HIS CROCH AND LOOKED DIRECTLY AT MY MOTHER AND SHE CALLED ME I CALLED THE MANGER BEN AND ASK FOR THE OWNER TO CALL ME ....I DONT APPRECIATE THIS TYPE OF HORSEPLAY AND YOUR PATRONE EXSPECT BETTER...
