Donut Palace is our absolute favorite donut place. Delicious, fresh & tasty!! So many options to choose from. And the coffee is so good! On top of that, the service is amazing! Friendly, helpful & quick. You can go inside to pick out your order, go through the super convenient driveway or order online. Easy Peasy!! Our kids ask for donuts from Donut Palace every week! Answer is always YES! Highly recommend!!

What kinda donut shop doesn’t have chocolate donuts or any filled? Dude seemed pretty dismissive and inconvenienced was the main thing. Won’t be going back there
Although they've taken the best donuts ( pecan rolls, twists, etc) off the menu( a big mistake in what this place was known for) and sour cream already gone early morning, the remaining donuts are very good. Go early for best selection.

Expect to wait an hour and be treated like you are a problem if you would expect anything sooner. Ordered to be ready at 10. Went through drive thru line. Each order taking around 5 minutes so I don’t get up to window until around 1010. I give my name and The first girl looks at register and sighs as if something is wrong, and walks away. She came back and said we don’t have a couple of those that we need to make in back. I say ok. Then a second girl comes in and says, it’s gonna be just 2 minutes and my manager would like you to move into the parking lot. I thought how and why. If it’s just gonna be 2 minutes, every vehicle has waited 5 minutes in line, so why did I have to move. I have never been here before, so i ask if this is normal for web orders. They say no, that they were real busy and. It doing the mobile orders. I thought, geez would be way better to keep up with orders than not create yet another issue and put those orders behind as well, I’m gonna go in and suggest to manager because that just and service.
I move and go inside. I hear them listing off almost every donut I ordered. I am not speaking at all to the girl at the register. I ask for the manager from another girl. I am listening to hear if indeed every donut is listed. She asks if there is something she can do to help. I said no, just listening to hear if every donut I ordered is being listed as they have said it was gonna be 2 minutes. The girl to the side at the register starts snapping back at me about how they are busy, mobile can’t take priority. I said I would like to speak to manager, to suggest someone should be assigned mobile so your flow keeps moving. If you wait for every mobile order that is now late, it is just making things worse. Again, asked to speak to manager not her. She then starts telling the lady at the window about the problem customer. I am maybe 10 feet away and deaf in one side. She had to have been speaking loudly. I said something about her talking about me to other customer as this was not appropriate. I also said, it’s not going to be 2 minutes, so why not be honest. She went on about the staffing issues and how busy they were In an extremely argumentative tone. Manager came out and it went nowhere. He merely wanted me to leave. He offered to give refund, thinking he was offering for the trouble and attitude I had been given. I say ok. He turns and hollers to the back to cancel the order. I said, wait, I never said to cancel order. At this point over an hour into getting some donuts. Crazy. The original girl comes around corner looking irritated and says I’m the girl that helped you. I explained it was the other girl that had caused problems. She seemingly wanted to now argue if she was the issue I reported or the other girl. She does tell me they no longer make some of the donuts listed online. Manager continues in a condescending whisper tone telling me that I am the only one causing problems. He tells me that the girl didn’t cause any issue. He made me wait outside if I wanted donuts. It’s raining, so I stood watching and waiting. He brought 2 boxes out taped shut. I asked if I could check them. He walked back into the building and I hesitated to enter back as he had told me not to…I then followed, he then loudly announced to all-she wants to check the donuts. Wow. That’s was necessary In Front of all the customers. I asked whom handles the website so they can be notified to correct at least correct donuts. They said that would be owner. I asked for that info and they said it was the same manager guy I was speaking with. There is sadly no longer any customer service in the world. I don’t know why I continue to expect it anywhere.

I do apologize for have given a review on a different donut palace in Ohio. I travel and Google does not always give the address when asking for reviews. This particular place on Old Troy Pike is an amazing facility with some of the most delicious donuts ever tasted. Again my apologies for the mishap.
