My Grandfather always got us donuts from here. Now that he has passed it is a way for us to feel closer to him. We came all the way from Kentucky to visit family and have the Buckeye donuts. The ladies working were so kind, accommodating and just the best! Highly recommend and also try the Apple Fritters they are chefs kiss.

I love this donut shop. Staff is always kind with a smile and their donuts are fresh and delicious. This morning my favorite donut was sold out and they offered to make some on the spot. Couldn’t ask for better service, thank you.

Apparently Donut Palace makes cronuts and they are actually heavenly. Just as good maybe better than that one place in Oakwood 😉 My kids and I stop at Dunkin sometimes on the way to school and today we decided to stop here. Less of a line than Dunkin and the donuts were 1000% better here at Donut Palace. Even my kids agreed. You could tell they were very fresh, and the girl at the drive thru window was so sweet and kind.

I want to start by saying Lexi and the baker are absolutely wonderful April not too much! Upon arrival Lexi told me they did not have enough Cinnamon Sugar Twist April said they weren't making more and if he did it would be 30 minutes. I come every every two week, I make my orderbfir pick up at 630 and I know the baker will make more darn twist!! April continued to have a heated conversation with me. After telling me he wasn't going to make me anymore, she FINALLY asked the baker if he could make more and he said yes they will be ready in 5 min. April was extremely rude and dismissive. To Lexi you are an amazing young lady!! To the baker whom never disappoints YOU ROCK!!

In my experience, Donut Palace can be hit and miss. I've had items that were really yummy and I've had items that kind of tasted like the cooking oil with a bad aftertaste. So it may be a matter of figuring out which donuts are the good ones and then just sticking to those.
I will add that I've always had pleasant customer service here.

We stopped by for the first time on a Sunday at noon. The treats are so popular they were mostly sold out! Even so, the staff was so kind and helpful, especially Heather. My family loves the donuts and we'll definitely be back. :)
Had great customer service this morning. Kids really enjoyed talking to the nice gentlemen and looking at all of the beautiful assortment of Donuts! Will come back! Clean, affordable, and great atmosphere of a place inside!

Yesterday was my toddler's birthday. We stopped in for birthday donuts. My girl announced she wanted pink icing and sprinkles on her donut and the staff, without hesitation, made her a donut with pink icing and sprinkles. She was over the moon!
Everyone at this location is beyond kind and is always so happy to see their customers. The donuts are delicious, but the people's kindness is better.
