I want to start by saying Lexi and the baker are absolutely wonderful April not too much! Upon arrival Lexi told me they did not have enough Cinnamon Sugar Twist April said they weren't making more and if he did it would be 30 minutes. I come every every two week, I make my orderbfir pick up at 630 and I know the baker will make more darn twist!! April continued to have a heated conversation with me. After telling me he wasn't going to make me anymore, she FINALLY asked the baker if he could make more and he said yes they will be ready in 5 min. April was extremely rude and dismissive. To Lexi you are an amazing young lady!! To the baker whom never disappoints YOU ROCK!!

Pretty good donuts! Usually come by once a month or so. Good value too. Not the best donuts ever, but they are definitely top tier in Dayton.

In my experience, Donut Palace can be hit and miss. I've had items that were really yummy and I've had items that kind of tasted like the cooking oil with a bad aftertaste. So it may be a matter of figuring out which donuts are the good ones and then just sticking to those.
I will add that I've always had pleasant customer service here.

We stopped by for the first time on a Sunday at noon. The treats are so popular they were mostly sold out! Even so, the staff was so kind and helpful, especially Heather. My family loves the donuts and we'll definitely be back. :)

Had great customer service this morning. Kids really enjoyed talking to the nice gentlemen and looking at all of the beautiful assortment of Donuts! Will come back! Clean, affordable, and great atmosphere of a place inside!

Yesterday was my toddler's birthday. We stopped in for birthday donuts. My girl announced she wanted pink icing and sprinkles on her donut and the staff, without hesitation, made her a donut with pink icing and sprinkles. She was over the moon!
Everyone at this location is beyond kind and is always so happy to see their customers. The donuts are delicious, but the people's kindness is better.

Went on a Sunday morning at 0630 for a couple dozen and they only had half the cases with donuts then the cost was ridiculous.

I look forward to going to get my cup of coffee along With my pineapple upside down donut that starts out my morning. The donuts are different delicious and light, Very satisfying a lot of different choices. My kids enjoyed picking out what they want because of the different choices and the smile on there face makes it fun for me.

We got in around 10am on a Friday and they were darn near sold out of everything so if i go back I’ll definitely try to get there earlier. The tiger tail was really good (got lucky they had just one left) as were the twists. Atmosphere rating only being a three isn’t a big deal as I didn’t plan on eating there. I do like that they have a drive thru!

Fresh and delicious. Great friendly service.Didn't notice any filled donuts,but when we asked they went to the back and did 2 chocolate iced cream filled for us. We ate one before leaving parking lot! Will be back.
Selection always seems low. Coffee is terrible.
