Always such friendly staff, especially in the drive through. I've never had an issue with anything missing or not being made correctly, even when I have had larger orders. Favorite Dunkin in the Dayton area to grab my morning or mid afternoon Iced dunkalatte!

Dunkin' on Troy is one of my favorite morning stops. The staff is great. Friendly, fast, and professional. The friendliness and hardworking of the staff is a lot art today. I love great customer service. Customer service makes the food taste better.

I came to this location, December 18 to get an iced Matcha before an appointment I had to go to that morning. After my appointment, I went back home to sleep because I had not slept the night before. After sleeping for seven hours, I woke up having horrible stomach cramps, and sharp stomach pains and I had to run to the bathroom to vomit. I vomited three more times throughout the day. I got a fever also. I tried to hydrate with Pedialyte, but I vomited that up as well. All of my vomit had the aftertaste of the Matcha so I won’t be ordering that again because I am traumatized. I am pretty sure I got food poisoning, which I did not think could happen from a Matcha latte but I googled it and there’s other cases online from other people. Not at this location. But I am putting this review so people are aware or if somebody else had ordered the same thing that day, if they were experiencing the same problems that I have had for the past three days. No, more matcha for me 🤮

I'd previously gone to this location and been concerned enough to reach out about the cleanliness of the restaurant and quality of my beverage. The service was acceptable but wasn't really noteworthy.
I went back for the first time this morning and was really impressed. It was very clean, well-stocked, and my beverage was good. What really got my attention, though, was the crew. Everyone was pleasant, working diligently, and I could hear how well they were communicating. The woman who helped me at the register was excellent. She explained new items and made suggestions that were helpful and appropriate.
Will definitely be back.

This Dunkin is exceptional. I come in here most days. The donuts, bagels, and coffee are always hot,/ cold however you order it. The manager Sam leads by example. She is friendly, focused, efficacious & represents the company well. The bathrooms are very very clean as well as the rest of the store. All the staff at this location are friendly & aware of professionalism. The evening staff always are cleaning & have the dining room smelling good & floors mopped. The young high schooler works hard, she is great. This Dunkin too gives back to their community, veterans, patients and staff enjoyed donuts at a health and rehabilitation close to the store.
