I'd previously gone to this location and been concerned enough to reach out about the cleanliness of the restaurant and quality of my beverage. The service was acceptable but wasn't really noteworthy.
I went back for the first time this morning and was really impressed. It was very clean, well-stocked, and my beverage was good. What really got my attention, though, was the crew. Everyone was pleasant, working diligently, and I could hear how well they were communicating. The woman who helped me at the register was excellent. She explained new items and made suggestions that were helpful and appropriate.
Will definitely be back.

This Dunkin is exceptional. I come in here most days. The donuts, bagels, and coffee are always hot,/ cold however you order it. The manager Sam leads by example. She is friendly, focused, efficacious & represents the company well. The bathrooms are very very clean as well as the rest of the store. All the staff at this location are friendly & aware of professionalism. The evening staff always are cleaning & have the dining room smelling good & floors mopped. The young high schooler works hard, she is great. This Dunkin too gives back to their community, veterans, patients and staff enjoyed donuts at a health and rehabilitation close to the store.

This location is above average for sure which is why I gave a 4star rating the donuts were alright the service was alright. But nothing about the donuts or the service has me feeling like I should leave a 5star. You could tell the cashier was just there to do her job ring you up and get you out the door. Nothing wrong with that. Just not a 5 star interaction. And the only donut bites that were good were the glazed.

have came this afternoon, was craving nice egg and cheeses, and you know I lovee my egg and cheeses extra toasted, everytime I came here, they make it perfect, one in particular person that gives me an attitude everytime I’m here??? Like why? You work here, you wanted to work here, as I was saying they give our egg and cheeses I open them and they’re burnt black, that’s okay their human they make mistakes so I went back to get it remade, BUT THE ATTITUDE YALL??? “So do you want it toasted or dark” with a little finger in my face, I explained how I never got it burnt by saying extra toasted, she slams the window so hard it open back up she had to close it back up, I’m sorry but this is disappointing, I am a customer and to give me an attitude at a job ur lazy to do?? don’t work there, ur problem not mine, now get back to work, like please get a grip of ur life and if u dont wanna work don’t work, we would prefer better workers anyways, disgusting behavior, ur lucky i stood calm 😝

I was asked to wait to have coffee brewed. It was early afternoon and I appreciate having fresh coffee but this is a coffee shop. I was the 3rd car made to pull up to another window to get my coffee. That was it two hot coffees. I understand things happen.i would be more understandable if I was buying coffee at a place that doesn't regularly sell it. But, the waiting time is really unexpected and inconvenient. Also when inquired I was snubbed. That was after I left a tip of course. 🤷🏽♀️
