Where is the negative rating??? Prepaid and pre-ordered donuts a day in advance. My daughter went to pick them up. The store HAD SOLD THEM!!! I WILL NEVER visit this store AGAIN!!! Manager needs fired!!!

I ordered through DoorDash as I have plenty of times in the past. They only had 1 type of holes left, I asked if they could substitute with assorted donuts instead which they have done in the past without us having to even ask. They said no I would need to cancel my order. When I tried to cancel, DoorDash told me I wouldn’t get a refund, so I didn’t cancel. Dunkin told my dasher that I did cancel. They were also out of the drink I wanted, they did allow me to substitute that. My wrap looks awful. It doesn’t look close to what they advertised. However, my husband’s sandwich looks good, so that’s one positive. The manager wasn’t willing to accommodate. I’ve never had that happen especially at this particular location. Disappointing.

I order egg bite bacon and cheddar and was given the wrong item (veggie egg bites). I tried it and honestly tasted really bad. It dont even smell like eggs. To have an order ignored and some of the people that work there have attitude. This was my final straw. I dont think i will return here.

Everytime I come to the one I'm never asked about my app so I can get my points like today I had my app out and she was in a hurry or something and cashed me out and didn't ask me I told her I had the app but she told me to call customer service I'm very disappointed also when my daughter comes it's the same thing this is crazy

I went to this Dunkin today and it was fast and I appreciate that but I’m very lactose intolerant and I asked for my drink to be made with oatmilk and I don’t think they even put any in or they mixed milks because I got sick almost after I drank some of it and I had my mom take a sip and she said it just tasted like regular milk if you regularly drink oatmilk you know the after taste and I’m pretty sure the girl taking my order couldn’t hear me that well and didn’t ring up some of my stuff and kept asking me to repeat myself and I understand I’ve mainly worked fast food so I know some headsets are just botched but I didn’t get a read back or anything and also I understand no one has to tip but I always do because even if it’s a couple of dollars when you end your shift it’s still nice to have just like some “treat money” so I gave them probably a 40% tip and a manager was at the window and she just gave me a look and said “oh okay” and that was that they were quick like Dunkin’s normally are and I’m not sure if it’s because they haven’t been open long or what but they need to either confirm orders or how something needs to be made but luckily I don’t have a deathly allergy to dairy but I had to throw away my drink

I will be staying away and going out of my way to go to a different location from now on there's much better options anyways like donut Palace ! just rude miscorganized threatened to not give my food after I paid for it because I prepaid on the app the manager even said" I have customers in here like you all the time" absurd!

Went in the afternoon, keep that in mind. Ordered 2 coffees to go, went through the drive thru. Wait time was more than usual, didn't appear busy. Was told to pull forward and wait. I figured they were making fresh coffee so I didn't mind. When they came out, the coffee was burnt tasting. This wasn't the first time, I try not to go in the afternoon because of this very problem. I've ordered from dunkin before later in the day and it turned out fine. It really is a roll of the dice though. Employees were friendly, store front looked organized.

Coffee was perfect, light and sweet. Only downfall was I kept smelling the perfume from the baristas hands on my lid so it was a little debilitating having such great tasting coffee with the perfume smell disrupting my coffee sensor ? Don’t forget to wash your hands thoroughly. Perfume and food don’t mix well fyi
