The big issue is the price. Their prices have increased at several times the rate of inflation. It's no longer a place to get good, moderately priced food quickly. It's now a destination place. Too bad.

Ordered online with the intent to Grab & Go Say at the pickup window for almost 5 min finally a worker inside never opened the window just signaled for me to go around get out in the cold and come inside…. Well why do you have a pickup window 🫤 Received my food in a sealed tight bag with a red sticker only to finally arrive home and notice a $14.95 burger only was mostly raw inside not fully cooked with all the toppings. I was extremely grossed out and waited lots of time and money on this horrible experience.

Placed an order online to pick up. Went through the pick up window. Waited there for a few minutes watching employees stand around until an employee ushered me to come in. He didn’t even bother to open the window to tell me. Just gestured for me to come in. If you don’t want people to use the drive up window, then you should have a sign or block off the lane. Not ignore people that are at the window.
Delicious burgers! $70 for four people at fast food is a bit much though.

Told me that my order was downtown when they had it the entire time, after they saw i did place it for there they double charged me and messed up the sandwiches.

Love five guys...stopped at this location with my 9 year old daughter this week to be greeted by a dude dressed as a female...turned around and we left....pretty sick get some values...don't bring ya kids here!

My first experience at five guys burgers and fries and the cashier was very welcoming and professional and took my order perfectly.
Then the food game and my fries was fresher than you could imagine and steaming hot along with my two double bacon cheeseburgers that were absolutely cooked perfectly and the bacon was cooked even better!!! The establishment was clean, the crew was very courteous!!! Definitely will eat here again 10/10

Employees were friendly and professional. The cashier greeted everyone as they came in. We had a party of 6 and moved the tables to accommodate us. The employees didn’t say anything.

The burger was excellent as a lettuce wrap. Flavorful and fresh. But is a burger with 14 dollars? No sides. No drink. Just a burger. Eeyroe fell into depression thinking about the prices here as he realized, it was his last time enjoying this burger since it's now encroached upon a price point that can no longer be justified. Still the same great burger, so kudos for keeping the quality. But at this price point, there are better options at full service restaurants serving up the same quality and flavor for quite a bit less.

Just moved here absolutely love 5 guys and was excited that this one had a drive through window, i preordered my food on doordash so that all I had to do was pick it up, i waited at the drive through window for a good 15 minutes before somebody came to the window and told me I had to come in to pick up my DoorDash order so I had to unload all three of my kids just come in and pick up a bag that could’ve been handed to me through the window. trying to figure out what the point of having a drive-through if you can’t use it. Definitely not mom friendly place , Not a good experience moving into the area definitely will be finding a new burger place!
