Great customer service! I left my coat there while traveling and I called and they held it until I came back through! So much appreciated 💗 oh, and my husband loved the beef sticks! 😋

Ordered off doordash, and was completely disappointed. Sweet and sour chicken was like most places--average. However, my egg rolls were raw inside. The inner wrapping was totally raw, and so the inside with the cabbage, etc was room temperature at best and uncooked as well. I also paid the upcharge for chicken fried rice and it was tasteless. There are a lot of average chinese places in Dayton, and a few above average (Shen's, China Cottage), this place is definitely sub-par. I won't be ordering from here again.

In town visiting. Pepper steak combo was good. But my order of chicken wings were too hard to eat.

Food and service was great! The girl who took my order was very sweet and kept it simple. I ordered the chicken lo mein with egg roll, I usually don't like chicken but this was cooked great, it wasn't dry or rubbery at all. The dish itself had a lot of flavor and tasted even better with the duck sauce. You can never go wrong with an egg roll, it was super delicious.
I definitely recommend this place.

Horrible customer service skills. Actually they have zero skills here. You can tell by the reviews at this place is horrible You might as well just skip it and go somewhere else where you know you'll be happy.

This was the third or fourth time that I ordered from Happy Wok using GrubHub as I had to work late. They delivered the wrong order--filled with meat products that we do not eat! When I called Happy Wok, first she tried to brush me off, blaming it on GrubHub. However, my receipt was stapled to the order so it was obviously Happy Wok's mess up. They told me I had to pick up the corrected order and give them the incorrect one. It didn't matter that I was out the fee for the delivery. They never apologized and the woman at the desk was downright rude. I understand that accidents happen--they could have at least apologized. She acted like I was lying! It was definitely my last purchase at not-so-Happy Wok!

They changed the menu and apparently the food as well it’s not the same and it wasn’t good. The garlic chicken sauce was completely different and wasn’t good. Lo main noodles were tasteless and were rubbery. Fried rice didn’t have any flavor it looked liked orange colored rice . Never had bad food before until now.

An absolute dump, terrible food and that is not the worst. An order that was overpriced at $43 somehow got charged to my card for $85 and suddenly nobody seems to speak English.

Avoid at all costs and even then check your bank statements

It's been a long time since we've spent this much money on Chinese food. Most places aren't worth the money. Happy Great Wok is amazing. Their food was hot and completely fresh. It's our new go to for the new area. Thanks for a yummy experience!

I ordered a dinner of sweet and sour chicken and paid extra for extra chicken but it must have been paying extra to downsize as they gave me a tiny container of white rice...about a cup and a half and the same amount 9f chicken we always get. No wonder people gave this place bad reviews.

I enjoy this place but I just spent 50 dollars and have the most buyers remorse I've ever had. They charged me for 5 things I didn't want and didn't ask for. They also said they don't know what edamame are even though I've gotten it before. I won't be back for a while and if I come back I'll only order if the younger guy with tattoos is working. The food wasn't bad it just wasn't what I ordered.

Some of the best, if not the best, Chinese food in the area. The food is always hot, even if you arrive for the take out a little late. Wonton soup is delicious, and the ability to change the spice level on orange flavored chicken was so exciting for me. All in all, a delicious meal that can last you days.
