We have been to this location several times. We went through the drive thru today and last week as well as other dates, and the woman at the window (younger Caucasian with long braids) acts like she hates her job. She has zero personality. People like her shouldn’t work in customer service and definitely not at a drive thru window. The older lady there is much friendlier and always has a smile on her face. You should reconsider who you let work at the drive thru windows. The food has always been good but the poor service outweighs the good. I will not be returning to this location for a while.

Just pulled out of here for 2nd time because they can't get their orders right. The 1st HOT ham and cheese was cold as ice in the center, the 2nd time they gave me the wrong sandwich. I went in and they argued it was right and it wouldn't be remade.so I left, no food and no refund

Went to the drive through and got a pulled pork sandwich. This was in the afternoon and the place was not busy at all. I got home and opened the bag and not only was it the wrong sandwich, the one they gave me looked TERRIBLE!!!! I had to drive back up and have them make the right sandwich. I have had issue after issue at this place and that is the last time I'm going to that Hardee's. I wouldn't be surprised if they close down again. That first burger they gave me was disgusting!!!

I thought this places was good but for 12 bucks I got a frisco with cold burgers the bun was cold and hard, petrified like. Fries were cold too. So why did i need to wait 10 minutes and even fries werent warm. I won't be back. Such a shame as i go here once or twice a week. This inst the first time i hust thought the other timese were one off but i guess not. do better

I love Hardee’s food, I have always had great service when I come in there. Until the last few visits. I was in there a few weeks ago and went up to the counter and Damon told me he’d be right with me as he was working the drive through, then out of nowhere he screamed in a loud horrible voice for Tammy to come to the front, she said there was no reason to yell in a calm voice,but her face showed a very hurtful expression. She did take my order in a very pleasant way. I stopped in this past Wednesday and again Damon was working drive through and Tammy ( a very pleasant person) took my order. Anyway after he took the order and cashed them out closed the window. He started making very rude comments about the person in the car. This is MY OPINION BUT DAMON IS THE RUDEST AND MOST DISRESPECTFUL PERSON WORKING THERE.
I will be back, but if I see him I will not be ordering. When I go to these places I take notice to there name tags for this exact reason. So sorry for this review but I needed to say this.

Ordered food on the app at 9:17. The app said that it would be ready at 9:28. When we arrived to pick up our order, we were told that they closed at 9:00 and we would have to go on the app for a refund. Called the number on the receipt, and all I got is a recording saying that no one is available. After two emails, I finally get a response saying that it's above their refund limit, and I'll have to wait another 3 to 5 days for it to go to upper management to get a response. (Update) It's been two weeks, and I still haven't gotten a response. I've made several attempts to get ahold of someone, but no one will answer or return my messages. The response that I got from the owner that replied to the review post said that he wasn't authorized to reimburse me for the amount of my order and that I would be contacted by someone higher up within 3-5 days.
