I don't know her name but there's a lady there who is Black wears a black beanie usually she's always incredibly rude every single time that I've went she's almost ruined the experience the last time I went I actually walked out because she tried to overcharge me after being incredibly rude I will not be coming back to this location specifically because of this employee

I am not one that likes to leave reviews, but my experience with the hot head burrito store in Huber. Heights was very disappointing. It used to be a nice sized burrito, but now they barely put anything in it. The girl that was working put a little pop of sour cream in the middle of my burrito, and thought that was the way it was supposed to be. I asked for extra and she most definitely charged me for it. My bowl came to $17.94 because I added extra sour cream, extra chicken and extra beans, because she barely put anything in the bowl. Even with all the extras i ordered it still didnt even come close to touching the lid. I come in there because it is more convenient than driving up to Chipotle. But from now on, i'm gonna take the time and drive up there. Your stinginess has lost you a customer. I know i'm only one person but hopefully others will see this review and do the same.

The food is always fresh and good, the people at this hot head were really kind and listened well, some minor issues the owner needs to address with the ceiling they had a few leaky areas, but other than that the experience was great along with the food.

Not the restaurant that it used to be, bowl was half full when they used to be stuck to the lid. The guy taking our order wouldn't speak up and stop mumbling even after asking several times . He had earpids in not sure if that contributed to his mumbling or not. He kept asking me to go to the front of the line last a costomer when I was with someone else. Ive had the same issue with portions the last two times ive been to this location and for $13 the bowl could at least be full.

Forgot how much I LOVE the spicy chicken quesadilla
Food looked good while they were making it, also fast. One worker looked strung out and I heard a few unprofessional remarks about a previous customer. Drive 2.5 minutes home and the food was ice cold. Had to pick the hard chicken out, paid $14 for cheesy rice. Would advise going next door and getting a fish filet 👍
