Eggs & hashbrowns were cold. Pancakes were good. There was another waitress in the isle across from ours-she had blonde hair with grown out roots and black glasses- who was talking poorly about her coworkers. She told the table she was waiting on “there’s a lot of people who have been here longer than me who don’t do their jobs right, if you do the same thing every day for a year you would think you would be better at it”. And then she went on to say that shes the best waitress. Good waitresses don’t talk bad about their coworkers. Safe to say this place is a big SKIP. Go to Waffle House instead

Placed an online order and the order was missing an item. No biggie, immediately went back in to let them know. Multiple customers were seated, and orders taken for their tables before I was acknowledged at all. Actually still standing here and no one has said a word to me. Been standing here for almost 10 minutes.

The staff at this Huber Heights IHOP were amazing. My father choked while there and my mother couldn’t give the Heimlich maneuver well enough so when she called for help Bill (a dishwasher) heard her cries and ran to step in. He performed the Heimlich well enough to get the food unstuck allowing my dad to breathe again! While other patrons in the restaurant nearer by ignored her pleas for help Bill ran to the rescue! The Manager Harley and the other staff were wonderful calling 911 and even leaving a heartfelt note on my parents car asking for an update and hoping he was well for when we returned to pick it up. THANK YOU for helping to save my father’s life!

I wouldn't even be doing a review (I normally do not leave bad reviews because I know sometimes things happen) but Google keeps sending the request to review. This was the worse food I have even had. My husband's food had a bug in it. The food seemed like it was from hours before and my crepes didn't even have filling in them. The walls were dirty and the seats needed wiped down. The staff was complaining 5 feet from us about who was working and not working. Something that should have been discussed in the back or at a lower tone. We went around 8 or 9am and only 2 other customers were there. Whoever is the manager needs to have the place deep cleaned. The food needs to be checked before bringing it out to the customer and not served if it sits too long.

Just abysmal service clearly not the staffs fault whatever management that does exist believes it's better to keep People waiting for longer than times given to not over well the kitchen as there are more empty seats than people seated and the staff seems ambivalent this is the third time I have had this experience between here and the miller lane location easy to say I will be avoiding this place like the plague in the future hopefully something changes as this seems to be a common experience and again I don't blame the staff they seem just as frustrated

about lost my mind today after ordering a blt with onion rings. everything was burnt. the bacon was ash and not even in strips it was crumpled and probably not even two strips. manager offered to recook it --- i declined - dont want spit in my food. NEVER GOING BACK - BEEN EATING AT IHOP FOR OVER 40 YEARS NEVER AGAIN
