I did an online order this morning 4/5/25. I was so disappointed. My food was cold. The toast was uneditable, and I ordered a strawberry cheesecake waffle for my granddaughter and I received a cold plain waffle. The omelette was cold and not enough eggs added at all. Total waste of $40.

Service is and always has been very slow…. Dining in or even ordering out. Ordered out today they told me 20 minutes…it took an hour,… eventually I got my food but they didn’t have the $8 change to give me. Literally no money in the register. This place is ridiculous.

If i could rate it a zero star i would. it openly advertises on the building and on the doors that it is 24 hour and we try to go at 2 am and the door are completely locked

Went here for dinner spent $50 bucks. Slow service if server could be found. Then 9 days later they charge my account again. I get hung up on a total of 9 times and counting told the manager is to busy to help. My bank account is never over drawn. We live paycheck to paycheck. My husband couldn't go to work cause when he went to get gas out account was in the negative. I was told the manager would look into and call me back have yet to hear back and still keep getting hung up on. Tried again while typing and what do you know now we are at 10 times.

Don't know if it was just an off day or what, but they did not have enough help in the dining room. People were waiting for a long time to be acknowledged, and then served. But when the food came out, it was very good! And through the difficulty in the dining room, our waitress kept a good attitude.

Awful management! We were waiting for 30+ minutes and no drink, nobody to take our order. No acknowledgment we were even there. I had 2 kids ready to eat. And it’s a Saturday!!! Less than 10 people were there and maybe 2 servers. I’ve seen bigger restaurants with as much staff do better than this store

Came in for breakfast! My parents and I got the $6 house faves breakfast and it was very good and the restrooms were very nice and clean! The manager was very nice and funny too!! It was a very nice experience!

We (family of 5) went on Saturday morning at about 8am. There was one server who was doing her best, but tables slowly started to fill. It took over an hour to get our food, half of which was cold when it came. Oh, and the person who brought the food dropped a plate on the edge of our booth but didn't clean it up, so our kids slid through butter when it was time to get up. We'd love to give feedback directly to the franchiser - the staff were doing a tremendous job but honestly the location should have been closed rather than running with one server on a Saturday morning.

As much as I want to give this store a higher rating, I simply cannot do so. My husband and I have been multiple times in the last year and we have NEVER received our food within 50 mins of ordering it. Always short staffed with cooks and waitresses. We decided to give it one last shot today, well we Got here at 8:30 and it’s now 9:40 and we just received our food. I love ihop! & our waitresses are always so nice. But it should never take this long to get food. The host always says 20 mins when we ask about how long the wait is for getting food to the table. And to top it off we have been served cold food the past two times. My husband and I don’t like to complain, and if it took over an hour to get our food then I’m not gonna complain and wait another hour for it to be remade. I wish this store could get more help, it truly has potential.
