Jersey Mike's Subs

The food here is good same as any location but whenever I have ordered delivery for a group of 4-5 people, inevitably an item is missing. It is usually a bag of chips or a drink which is not a big deal. Today, 1 of the 5 sandwiches was missing. When I call the store, my only options for compensation were either a refund for that item or they would make the missing sandwich and I have to go pick it up. I asked if I could receive some other form of compensation since I already paid a delivery fee and tip but still have to go pick up my order anyway. They told me no. Refund for missing item or a replacement and come pick it up. Very disappointed with the service and customer care. It would be so easy just to give me credit for a free sandwich for my trouble of having to come and pick up my DELIVERY order. I guess Jimmy John's it is for now. At least they will come give you your item if it is missing.

Absolutely slow in no hurry to do anything! Plenty of people working just not interested in good or speedy service. .

Huber heights is the worst location I got a club sandwich and it was soaked in oil and I’m already at work and I called them and they tell me to hold on to a wet ass sandwich til tomorrow bring it in and they will credited it to me thatdoesnt make any since never will I ever order there again

This Jersey Mike’s absolutely kills it 95% of the time! Food is always fresh. The servings are always the same if not a little over maybe and the store is always clean. Please keep it up!

I’ve been craving Jersey Mike’s nonstop. It’s been my number one pregnancy craving so my husband went there tonight and he got me my usual. The only downfall is he was on a time crunch to get back to work so he wasn’t paying attention to the workers so whenever he got home, we noticed there was not a single topping. He had said to them on the sandwich. It was just a plain sandwich. He said the workers were all just hanging around yelling and goofing off. I’ve never had issues with this jersey Mike’s until today because how do you forget to put the toppings on a sandwich because you’re too distracted. Beyond disappointed, that’s like $15 that just got thrown in the trash because you can’t eat something that is completely dry because there’s nothing but meat on it.

Very good service and food. Love this place we eat here 2-3 times a week. Met the owner today he was awesome talked to us for around 10 minutes. That's what I call a good owner. The day shift people are great. Never had any problems with the food. Always served hot and fresh. Keep up the good work crew. You guys rock.
