Jersey Mike's Subs

Placed an order online delivery, which got canceled. Called and Ryleigh made it more than right. Husband picked up our order which was delicious. Thank you and sorry for being angry. Not towards Jersey Mike's more towards Door Dash.

Whatever they had going on today and whoever was working tonight everything was MADE EXTREMELY WELL THE BREAD WAS PERFECTLY BAKED ENOUGH SO THE BREAD DIDNT GET NO WHERE NEAR SOGGY I GOT A BACON SALMAMI SANDWICH WHICH I GET EVERY TIME LEMME TELL YOU IT WAS THE BEST SUB IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE COMPLETELY BLEW AWAY❗️❗️❗️keep up the good work , keep those workers & make sure they are paid well God bless .

Day manager with blonde hair and glasses she’s extremely rude very unprofessional. She acts like she hates the world. She’s not friendly not nice at all and doesn’t listen. She needs some management courses.

I would give this place zero stars if I could I ordered 2 big kahuna subs one of my subs had a long piece of black hair on it called to get a refund the girl told me she would refund it. 2 weeks gone by no refund I called her she actually refunded to someone else's card beware never order from that place if you don't want to have hair in your food totally disgusting never again for me ever.

The man who worked today at 2:30 pm provided excellent service. He made my first time eating Jersey Mike's enjoyable.

This was our first experience with Jersey Mike's. One of the best subs I've had in a very long time. Now I want a Jersey Mike's Subs in Lima and Wapakoneta Ohio area.

So I went here yesterday to grab a simple Cheese Steak. Well what I thought was easy. Nice brand new store. Great greeting. Now's when the tide changes. I put My order in and the same guy that took My order, cashed Me out while there was a girl that was at that station to do that. So then He goes and (I don't know what He was doing) but He didn't even put the meat on the flat top for 12 mins after I got my receipt. I know because I was thinking, why's this taking so long. So then another 7 mins passed and I finally got My sub. It's crazy because I was the only customer in there. It honestly took 19 mins to make a simple reg size cheese steak. They could tell I was getting pissed. And what's crazier, is there was 5 employees on the clock. so Yea, never going back to that location again. The location on Far Hills in Kettering/Centerville is amazing. The sub was ok at best. And the time I actually waited was insane. Never again. Those employees have no drive at all.
No wonder the place was empty.

And then They responded to My review, and don't offer anything for waiting 19 mins for a Sub that takes 4 mins to make. Wow. This location is a joke.

I went into this place an couldn't hear the lady asking for our order cause the music was to loud,I told her we couldn't hear her because of the music,then another boy employee walked over an turned it up real loud and then turned it back down,was being a smart ass,so we told that lady we didn't want nothing after turning that music up after I said it was to loud! WE WALKED OUT!!! WONT BE BACK!!! VERY RUDE!!!!

Ordered twice on the app by accident due to a glitch and Cassie called me right away to confirm the mistake and was able to take care of the refund immediately!! Very friendly and helpful!
