Went through drive-thru last night to get to 4.99 country fry steak.. they were out of coleslaw... Make me take extra mashed potatoes 🤬 it is not my fault that they were out of coleslaw.. it would not let me pick another side . That was wrong.. we will not be going back to this location

Food was awful, mash potatoes and gravy no flavor, cole slaw taste water down, Breading on chicken strips no flavor, not crispy, over all not, pleasant meal. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. LEES is Better , or Raising Canes.

5 dollar bowls are a scam at this location. Managers are cutting corners and not giving what is advertised. Then I addressed the discrepancy and was proceeded to be cussed out by a “store manager” who then belittled the assistant manager whom I asked for to resolve the discrepancy. He was Suggesting (her being a female) she answered to him. And she basically had no authority. Do yourself and your family a favor fleece a little farther for a better experience. Btw this is maybe my second or third review of all time. It takes a lot to get me to put in the effort to write a review.

Went through the drive thru and ordered an ice water with my meal and I got a mini water so I asked if I payed for a larger water if I could get one. And the guy said sarcastically that will be 3 dollars. And I said oh I thought it might be like .25 cents like McDonalds and he said no $3 I said so you would be ringing me up for a drink when I am getting a water and he said yes. Won’t be returning to the Huber Heights KFC. I then called another store and they said they would have gave me a bigger water at no charge.
5 piece meal, only got 4 pieces. Ordered 2 mashed potatoes, got 2 fries. What a waste of money. 13 dollars. The drink is good at least. The fries are not hot in addition to being not what I ordered. Someone needs to get that place squared away. Will be going to Lee's from now on and I will be telling everyone I know about how legendary this fail was. 13 dollars.

This place is literal trash! By far the worst kfc absolutely do not recommend specially if your trying to order food and there completely out of everything an hour n a half before they close! How are you gonna be known for serving chicken but be out of chicken?! Then say it's gonna be an hour n half wait to cook it!? Find employees that know how to do there job! 2nd time in the last week this has happened!

Eh, so so. No butter or honey offered or available for the biscuit. Sad chicken strips. Packaged sauces, buffalo sauce isn't very spicy. Don't rely on the photos on the menu or online because it won't look that way. No box, no dipping saucer, just chicken strips on a paper plate.
