Deli is always understaffed. I am handicapped and the electric carts are alway without charge or run down very quickly. They need new electric carts and someone to keep them plugged in.

I may be 12 years old but that does not mean that this review does not matter. I go here a lot with my mom and we love shopping here together. Things are easy to find, nicely stocked, and a lot of varieties of food and Kroger branded food's. it is really close and has a pharmacy which is nice. The service is lacking a bit because sometimes we will not know where something is or they will be out and we will ask when they get more, and the employee's will either not give a good discription or they will not answer. Things are misplaced or they are always out of when ever we go.

I went in to buy a money order as my complex is in the middle of a sale leaving the resident portal closed to pay rent. I counted 3 times with a calculator the cash that I gave to the cashier for this money order in the amount of $1,440.36. I admittedly did not check the money order as I walked off to do my shopping (I know better). I get home, and I got $1,046.36. I called Kroger to have them count to see that they were over in cash. Ultimately they were over by $160 as they claim they did not know why they were over, and that there is no way to know where the money from that drawer was dispersed to. When I asked for the money order I said it twice, and the cashier repeated the number back to me, and she ran the cash through the money counter. It was 11 $100 bills, 16 20's, 2 $10's, and 3 $1's to cover the fee of the money orders. There's no disputing this. I called the police who happened to be buddies with the manager as he knew him by name, and took his side before I could finish explaining why he was called. They stole (or someone there stole) $394 from me! I will never return, and strongly advise everyone to go to another local store as they are thief's by the exact meaning of the term. To add there were even discrepancies from the receipt to the actual money order that was cut. They varied the amount they said they were over, and yet the had the audacity to say that I mis counted, and they had no discrepancies post the admittance of cash variances. One way or another they mishandle cash. As a businessman, and a customer there are no if's ands or buts that this is a question of integrity within their management. As is my right in a public space I recorded the conversation between the employee/manager that ran the transaction as well as multiple other Kroger employees. I have it recorded with the employee who admitted she is the one that did the transaction, and the one who counted the drawer at the end of the shift. Her boss told me that no one counts their own drawer. Until I started to write this I forgot I had the recording, and now I know exactly who stole the money, and why she had an army of people ready for when I arrived to rectify the situation.

I bought wild caught shrimp there and it was tainted. Tasted like ammonia. Threw it away. Called to tell them and they said sorry but nothing else since I threw it out. I’ve been sick with diarrhea ever since. Never again!!

Trying to place a delivery order for the first time and their website is not working after I spent time placing my $140 food order....then try calling the number they give you if you have complications and I've been on hold for a total of over an hour, still on hold by the way

I would drive past Kroger's, Aldi & Walmart to go to Meijers in Kettering just for produce. This new Kroger @ Cornerstone is a good competitor for my business. I also Received excellent customer service from the gentlemen in the wine section. They special ordered a wine for me, easy breezy. The store is clean, but really big. I am learning my way around.
