We order online to ensure a fresh baked pizza instead of one that sits for hours in the heating oven. So today we ordered a lunch special online. I noticed once my order was placed it immediately said it was in the oven instead of being prepared. I arrived and picked our order up before it was supposed to be done. The store was empty with no waiting. Our order was waiting in the self serve take out oven. I went to my car and opened the lid. It was clearly an old pizza. The cheese was hard and pepperoni was dry and hard. I took the pizza back in and asked for a fresh pizza. The guy working there insisted it was fresh, I shook my head and he said ma’am I just pulled it from the oven and placed it in there. He probably did transfer it from the warming oven to the self serve take out oven. But this pizza has been sitting for some time as it is hard, dry and cold. I can’t believe the employee didn’t say, “yes! Let us make another one real quick” instead wanted to argue with me over it. I’ve ordered enough pizzas from this place to know what a fresh pizza looks like versus an old dry one that’s been sitting in the warmer for who knows how long. Terrible customer service! Terrible pizza! Terrible waste of money! I’m currently on the phone trying to get my money back. I’ve been on hold for 18 mins so far, so at this point I’ll take it as a loss. I regret tipping while placing my order online. Never again.

Hot and ready it isn't hot and ready whenever we order online an hour in advance and come in and still waiting an hour and still isn't hot and ready for 2 Pizzas and we were way before everyone else and they keep giving everyone the pizza who is coming in the door,how is that good service? I am not sure we will go to this little Caesars anymore.

They don’t acknowledge or greet you when you come in. Truly the workers hate their Jobs’s. They rather ignore you so you leave then help you. It’s like they forgot it’s supposed to be hot and ready

Me and a friend were cussed out and thron out of this location because we wanted to make separate orders and they didn't wanna make them. We were both asked to leave for absolutely no reason while being cussed out the whole time. I will NEVER go back to this location. They need to get a whole new crew and management. They are just lucky I didn't report them for this..

Ordered online and waited 1.5 hours for DoorDash (who they use for delivery) to call and ultimately had to cancel the order after calling and waiting on hold multiple times with the store. Thanks DoorDash for getting my refund with little issues. If little ceasers would just say they can’t take orders or it’s going to be 2+ hours would have saved a lot of time. They were not help getting a refund. I understand sometimes places are short staffed but communication goes a long way.. assigning two DoorDash drivers and neither one was able to obtain the food because I was told it was “marked for pick up”. Then why do I have DoorDash information to track the order…. DoorDash should not have to deliver for this store. These drivers are not able to complete the orders because of the store.
