Placed an order online at 08:50 was quoted a ready time of 9:06-9:11. Did not receive food until 9:51. We waited in the lobby for about 45 minutes not a single person came to communicate any issue going on, orders were being left on the cut table instead of put in the warmer until ready, my food specifically 2 items were sitting on the cut table since we walked in at 9:10 those 2 items were ice cold by the time we received it, a gentleman was on his phone at cut while the lobby was filled with people who were waiting and some of which had questions, the manager on shift made no attempt at addressing any questions, he hid in the back avoiding all contact with any customer. I can understand being understaffed but the lobby filling up with people waiting on their orders for more than an hour and orders being left on cut and no kind of communication from any team member is absolutely unacceptable.

We ordered a pizza and some sides our pickup time was 9:06 we had to wait for over half hour past that to get our food, the food they did have ready for pick up was just sitting on a table in the back without a heat lamp, no one would stand close enough to the front to even help customers walking in, I have a picture of how the food was left out but it won’t let me post it

Waited over an hour after pick up time to get my food. Apparently everyone else did too because me and about 15 people stood in the place. It was hot and only two people were working.

The service is horrible! We pre ordered our pizza on the app for 7:30pm and it took 30 more minutes! Wouldn't recommend at all.

I will drive totally out of my way to visit another location. Wait times are 45+ mins for previously placed orders and staff is really unhelpful. I placed an order a day in advance for a birthday party (4 pizzas) and ended up having to wait for nearly an hour. They forgot several items and told me to wait 10+ more mins and I just left. The lobby was full of people who had been waiting just as long. Every few months I'll give it another go and then swear to myself that I won't do it again ?

Count your days little casears!! This isn't the first time you have disappointed me. Ordered a stuffed pretzel crust and got a stuffed crust the marinara sauce is only on the upper part of the pizza. The little pizza dots are burnt to high heavens. I ordered my pizza online and had to wait another 40 minutes. If the option to add photos, I would. I guess you get what you pay for. ??‍♀️Glad the oven didn't break down again.

Unfortunately, this was one of a few bad experiences with this Little Caesars. I haven't posted up until now but, this one was the worst. I ordered pizzas for my family at 11:30am for a pick up at 1:00pm. I received the email saying our food would be ready for pick up between 1:00-1:05pm.When I arrived at 12:45pm, I knew I was early but went in just in case they finished. At that point my order wasn't started yet, which was fine (I was early). However, my food wasn't ready until 1:35pm and the pizza rep kept saying everything was done except they were waiting for one more of my pizzas. In the meantime, 4 other people received their meals, one Door Dash person left because the order he was there to pick up wasn't ready (and they wouldn't give him an estimate ready time), and they were placing pizzas and other orders in the warming areas for others.I'm not a pizza expert however, based on the above this wasn't a great experience. And as I said before, this wasn't the first time for poor service. It definitely, wasn't' worth the trouble just to try the new pizza puffs.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. Love the food, but the staff and local store finally broke the camels back. After having something wrong with almost every order I’ve had and 4 different times I got nothing. Once it wasn’t even entered into their system from my online order that had said ready, another time they gave it to the wrong person, and the most recent two times the local store just canceled it outright, I called to follow up on why and there was no reason, not because of a lack of ingredients or it being short staffed it was just because. When it happened before I had reordered with no problem, but I wouldn’t trust them to make an order they just canceled like that. Again AVOID THIS LOCATION and drive a bit if you can and save yourself the hassle.
