I've ordered from Marco's for a year and a half now. Every time, pick up or delivery, its hot and great! I haven't had a bad experience from Marco's. The owner of the Brandt Pike location is very professional and super nice. He comes in to my work from time to time and he's still the same nice man. The delivery drivers are fast and nice. I recommend this location to everyone.

Can't give a review about the pizzas because I never got it. The associates were nice trying to find my food. The manager (who is making pizzas) when asked where my food was said he made it and showed no concern to find it. It appears it was never made.When I said I want my money back because the manager didn't appear to care. i was kindly given a refund by the associate. She was very kind. The manager should learn customer service from her.

It was super awkward inside for one then my pizza looked like crap like super light cheese and then i asked for a couple pizza sauces i know one should of been included with the pizza the manager told me they quit giving sauces with the pizza six months ago witch i know isnt at all the case
