Paid for a meal and paid extra to put bacon on my burger. I never got the bacon and when I came back to get the bacon replaced they said they can’t do anything about it and that I paid for the bacon for nothing. After I asked the manager if they could just put bacon on a burger that I pay for they said yes but once they rang up the order they immediately backtracked and said they couldn’t. This is literally not that hard to do guys. All I asked for was a replacement now they just want to steal my money claiming they can’t do anything about it.

Terrible Customer Service – Disrespectful

I arrived at the McDonald’s on Merily Way in Heights, OH around 10:50 PM. There were two cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, and the store was still open when I got in line. By the time I reached the speaker to place my order, the cashier abruptly told me, “We’re closed.”

I explained that I had been in line since before closing time, and therefore should still be able to place my order. She simply repeated, “Sorry ma’am, we’re closed.” The car in front of me expressed the same frustration and drove around to the second window—only to be served! I had no choice but to wait behind her while she received an order from the same employees who just told me they were not taking any more orders.

When I asked the woman at the window—who appeared to be a manager—why the car ahead of me was served while I was turned away, she coldly replied again, “We’re closed.” No explanation. No apology.

The lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic customer service was appalling. If a customer is already in line before closing, they should be served. Period. What I experienced was not only poor service—it was disrespectful and dismissive. This staff showed zero regard for the people who support their paychecks. Do better.

The trash was the first thing we saw when we came in. The cashier was not paying attention when we approached the counter and barely paid attention when ordering. We wanted to dine in and large meals but was rung up as medium to go. Fries were cold, and the burgers were old. The whole store is dirty, and the staff was more concerned with their conversations than taking care of the store or customers.
Our order number was 261 on July 13, 2025.

Once again this restaurant screwed up our order and didn't put all the food items in the bag. This isn't the first time this has happened. The manager should be checking these orders to make sure the incompetent employees are getting order right. Won't be giving this restaurant my business again. The ticket is right in front of them so how can the order not be right. There's no excuse for this!!!
