I ordered a medium iced coffee but they gave me a small. When I asked for it to be fixed, the employees argued with me (male blonde hair manager and female manager with dyed pink unprofessional hair) and refused to fix it! So I asked for my money back. My mother ordered the same drink earlier when we first arrived and was given a medium. Look at the picture of our drinks-the cups are clearly marked small iced coffee and medium iced coffee. Also, clean the ceilings of your playland. That's gross.

Basic details: I ordered a couple items in the drive-through. They got it wrong. No biggie - that happens. BUT, when I asked to have it corrected, the person at the pick-up window ARGUED with me about whether I ordered it right. (I did.) Note: Someone else took the order. Drive-through person's job was to fill the order and didn't even hear me place the order. I had to go in and talk to the manager. While he was listening to me, the person from the drive-through came out and kept arguing with me. The manager made it right, but that drive-through worker needs some additional training immediately.

This location sucks , they ignore you at the speaker pull you up and constantly forget about you mess up your order sauce and onions all over the outside of sandwich looks gross presentation and friendliness is key this location lacks all of it trash won’t be back always in Huber but will be driving to Dayton for better food

The very heavyset Caucasian male with the short dark hair & bad acne that’s usually taking orders in the drive thru window needs to find a new job. He doesn’t greet you or thank you for your business. Ok fine, customer service is lacking nowadays. But TODAY on top of being rude as usual he quoted me a price at the speaker that didn’t sound accurate. When I got to the window I asked if they no longer have the special I thought I’d be paying for & he gave a very dry “no”, I took his word and paid. I Get to the 2nd window and ask again when did they get rid of their special and found out he gave me wrong info and they had to refund my money. This is my second or third incident like this with him in addition other incidents at this same location usually something is wrong with my food or incredibly long wait times. I appreciate the worker at the second window. For being polite and catching his error, this is not reflection on her or other good employees.

TBH at this location the food is usually old and cold, poor customer service and many times your order is missing items. Avoid at all costs.
