Dude behind the counter had zero social skills. Not a thank you, even after being tipped. I asked for iced latte (mentioned it 3x), and got a hot coffee . Seems like that got their favorites.im not seeking perfection - just treat me like everyone else.

Store was clean and food was good. The employee on the bakery side was not friendly and mumbled so low I had to ask her to repeat herself several times and she couldn't remember I wanted my bagel toasted and did not give a knife with cream cheese. The employee on the soup and sandwich side was very friendly and helpful.

Tried a new sandwich, light on meat but some good fresh other items on it. I wish they still had the assagio cheese sandwich.
Never again! I had to question myself when I placed my on line order if I was really going to pay almost $12.00 for a bowel of Mac & Cheese, but I did! Along with Bagette Loaf which totaled $16.08. After having my food picked up to find I didn't even get that Bagette loaf, so that was $4.00 I received nothing for! And then there is the $12.00 mac n cheese, that tasted fresh out of the microwave. Noodles were very mushy! So in short this $16.00 donation to Panera was the last !
