Never again! I had to question myself when I placed my on line order if I was really going to pay almost $12.00 for a bowel of Mac & Cheese, but I did! Along with Bagette Loaf which totaled $16.08. After having my food picked up to find I didn't even get that Bagette loaf, so that was $4.00 I received nothing for! And then there is the $12.00 mac n cheese, that tasted fresh out of the microwave. Noodles were very mushy! So in short this $16.00 donation to Panera was the last !

I ordered a simple French onion soup which used to be great with a layer of croutons and a layer of baked on cheese. For a $7cup of soup I got about 5 croutons and about 8 unmelted strands of cheese on top. When I took it to the counter to inquire the visibly annoyed blue haired girl behind it said that's how it is supposed to be. They have a measuring tool that is exactly how much they can put on it and it's cold cheese. Well then they need to update the photos then. False advertising and terrible customer service. The photo is definitely not what I got.

Disappointed. First and last time to this location. Mac n cheese was so old and pure nasty. These do not even look the same as the pics on website. I asked for a fresh one and this is the best they could come up with. Gross and a waste of $. Girl at the counter seemed super inconvenienced that we wanted to order. All the employees were engaging in personal conversation and completely ignored me until I finally spoke up. Then they all stared looking annoyed that I was interrupting their gossiping. Avoid this location and I suggest find the next nearest one!
I was having such trouble ordering online, so I called this particular store, and the manager was fantastic! He took great patience and care to explain to me exactly how to get my best deal, and offered suggestions on how I could get an even better deal! What a great customer service experience!

I ordered a Chicken Roma Asiago on a Bagel.. based on the commercials and pictures of the sandwich... it looked delicious and a good value. But I received a totally different looking Sandwich that was Borderline Burnt with barely any ingredients. Very disappointed.. Third time I've tried Panera. Strike Three.. Wish I could post the picture I took..
