Everytime I call this pizza hut, it takes extremely long to order pizza… literally takes at least a good 10 mins. Everytime I hang up overstimulated and not gonna lie annoyed. The food is really good but please fix your customer service and ordering method like it should not take that longggg with all the extra questions too.

Papa John's pizza is always good, hence my rating for the food, but the service from this location is very poor. Everyone is working in the back and ignoring all the customers at the front.
If you provide a time frame on your website, then I shouldn't be waiting for an additional 15-20 minutes after you stated that my pizza was supposed to be done.
Definitely need to work on customer service at this location. I was definitely not the only dissatisfied customer waiting on a status for my order.

I ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks for delivery and when I received my pizzas, the dough was still half raw and gummy. Just make sure you tell them you want your pizza cooked when you go to order. Other than that, the delivery guy was quick was patient when it took us forever to get to the door.

Absolutely so ridiculously unprofessional. ordered here and went to pick it up and they told me they don't know where my order is and just shrugged at me like I’m supposed to figure it out. says they close at 2:30 but they acted like they were closing at 12:30, probably just so they didn't have to make my order lol. like really?? And based on the other reviews on here, you guys literally don't even know what you’re doing, stale cheese on a pizza lmfao seriously? honestly glad i didnt get a pizza here because of that. its so bad that your highest rating is a 1 star how embarrassing

The only harp I really have is that they do the whole pap tracker thing but it's not used as intended. Like I went this last time and waited for it to say ready before walking in. As soon as I gave them my name they marked it as picked up but it wasn't even ready yet. So I was waiting for like 5 minutes after they marked it picked up. However, I still walked out before the estimated time they said it would be prepared. Other than that, I think they are quick and the pizzas are almost always good. I can only think of one time they have messed up an order over the last 6 years and they made it right.

Just got our order a little while ago. The delivery took an hour and a half, which is understandable given weather conditions today. However, they failed to bring any extra marinara and parm packets we ordered. It’s about $5-6 of products but we paid for it. This location just sucks (based on this and previous experiences), avoid it.
Took two hours to get the order which was the complete wrong order. Called and they hung up after answering multiple times. Brought the wrong order back to the store and asked for a refund politely and the manager began to argue and yell at me about his staffing issues. If you can’t deliver pizza don’t take my money and don’t complain to me like I messed something up

Have given this location a chance many times. Orders are usually 45-60mins late, pizza is usually cold by the time it gets to us and it’s hit or miss if the pizza is correct especially when ordering extra toppings.

Terrible experience through this papa johns. Not only did it take over an hour to receive, we received the wrong order, and they delivered it through DoorDash, they took over a half hour to answer the phone, and the guy said he could not send a replacement or refund and to “call back tomorrow” do not waste your time or money.
