This is supposed to be a the meat's pizza, not an extra cheese with a little bit of other toppings. This location has so many issues from horrible food to delivering to the wrong address. The management are clueless and the upper management only cares about profits. Won't and don't recommend.

Service was fast atmosphere was good. Pretty close to my client. Pizza wasn’t the best I’ve ever tasted from Papa John’s. So altogether, I guess I give them a five.

Order “the works” I can’t believe what I got. A lot of the toppings are on one piece. Now I know why I never order from Papa John’s. Other places have cheaper pizza and they can actually put toppings on. My advice go across the street to Cassanos.

Worst experience of my life ordering here!!! WARNING BUYER BEWARE. Ordered my pizza, on a friday evening chose delivery at 6:20pm they said the pizza would arrive at 7:05p.m spent over 100 dollars!! Didn't get my order until after 9 p.m. Tried calling the store while waiting after an hour no one would answer. I called over 10 times. YOU WOULD THINK IF THEY WERE BEHIND, THEY WOULD CALL TO SAY HEY WERE RUNNING BEHIND YOUR ORDER WILL BE LATE. BUT NOOO THEY DID NOT JUST LEFT ME IN THE DARK!!! PATHETIC!!! Then I tried calling customer service 5 times every worthless person I talked to just sent me back to calling the store. Needless to say, it was an ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! You couldn't pay me to order pizza and wings here again!! So when I finally got my food 3 hrs later, It was cold and tasted like cardboard. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN PAPA WORTHLESS!!! YOU ALL NEED TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE. PLEASE CLOSE YOUR STORE BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO RUNA BUSINESS!!UPDATE...I went on Google and found the # to PAPA John's Headquarters told them what happened to me at the Huber Heights store, as well as, I told upper level management about every one on here and your complaints as well. they called that store told them about my complaint and got them to issue me a refund!!! So, thank you Upper level management for you support. Greatly appreciated.

Jon Ghantt the Dm has been a snake ever since he came here from FL. Sad that he can't even manage a simple pizza place. Jacob, their new manager is a clown. I had slight hope. Then he showed me he cant even count to 5. Thomas the Gm is also trash. The most negative environment is at this location. I can go to dayton and get better service

I can't even explain how stupid the employees working are. I have had one good experience with a girl driver with dark hair in a silver car. She was the only person to ever put care into my food. Whoever highered the manager Jacob must have something wrong with them too cause there is something not right with that dude I don't want him touching my food or even touching my money.

They can not seem to get things right. Do not try calling to fix problems because you can not get hold of anyone. You will just be put on hold forever because they do not care. Wrong pizza given and no sauces given that where paid for. Whoever is cutting the wrong pizzas at this place needs help or glasses. Pizzas look mutilated from cut all over the place. There are too many pizza places for this type of garbage service.

As an uber eats driver i pu n deliver from here alot. Well tonight i missed out o a $42 delivery bc the guy working thought it was ok to close 20 minutes early. Either fix your hours or STAY OPEN TILL YOUR POSTED HOURS

Placed delivery order at 5:19, was supposed to be delivered at 6:05 to 6:15. I called for a status update at 6:10, and was told it had been changed to 6:45, although this was not reflected online. I cancelled the order at that time.

I ordered stuff crust last night and the crust and the dough was not cooked. You couldn’t even tell if you were biting into cheese or dough. It was disgusting. You had to pick a piece up with 2 hands because everything would fall off because the dough was not cooked and was super flimsy. Last week I ordered from here too I had ordered a pepperoni and banana pepper pizza. They sure did charge me for the banana peppers but I didn’t get any. I’m not ordering from here again. I hope yall go out of business. Looks like you will soon from all the other 1 star reviews

I ordered my pizza at 5 pm for 645 pm. I got a text at 630 that it was ready. I showed up at the store at 6:36. The manager said she couldn’t find the order continuing to work on other orders. I had to ask her to make my pizza. By that time it was 6:55 and I have to pick up a kid at 7pm. So I didn’t get my pizza. I used papa Doe won’t get that back 3-5 business days. Won’t get my money back today because I used credit card.

Absolutely fed up with this store, I'm not the only one hence, all the others leaving one star reviews. This is the third time I've received bread sticks, or should I say blob sticks with no sauce tray and just sad excuse for breadsticks, alone with this my garlic stuffed crust pizza is darn near almost more crust than there is actual pizza and nothing like what's advertised. Wrong sauce for the wings and missing sauce cups as well, like usual.We unfortunately order from this store for work because it's the only one available to deliver to us night workers. If there was another nearby I would never touch this store again because no other store in Dayton has given me this issue. It's almost every other order is absolutely sent out without a glance of quality control. I was told over the phone that even a manager had looked it over before it went out and it still came to us like this. I have no clue what's been going on at this store because it's been going on for a while. But I'm tired of spending $100 on orders to be sent food that's made by people that don't care about the company they represent, and managers that shouldn't be managers. I beg anyone who took the time to read this please stay away there's a reason for all the 1 star reviews including mine. At this point corporate needs to step in and evaluate the situation because management/ managers at this store are a joke. I was supposed to be sent a new order of breadsticks and wings but now eveytime I call back they hang up on me.

We almost always order pizza from here. Just had a pizza without the toppings we ordered. We called and were put on hold. For the 20 minutes we were on hold, I decided to go to the store with the pizza. I went to the store and asked for the manager, and the manager walked up. All he asked me was do you want me to make you another one. No apologies, not a thing said. He gave me the finished pizza and I said thank you. He didn't say a thing, stone faced. With the manager's attitude, I don't think he would have ever picked up the phone.If you are to order here, please order at your own discretion. Pizza is always pretty good but the customer service is really bad.
