Normally we have a good experience, not so much tonight. We ordered for pick up. We got home and started to eat and the pizza was dry! There was barely any sauce on the pizza. Same thing with the personal pizza we ordered. I called and waited for 8 min for someone to answer. Someone finally picked up the phone and then hung up, didn't say anything just hung the phone up. So I called back and finally got through after 10 min.

The large pepperoni hand-tossed pizza had almost no sauce and therefore almost no flavor. Wasted $9.99. Not worth trying again.

Check your order before you leave the store. I ordered pick up online and when I got home I was missing a whole pizza out of the box. I called the store and told them what happened. The lady on the phone rudely asked if I wanted them to remake it I asked if I could get a credit instead. She asked me for my name and number and I gave it to her then she said "whatever you want to do I'll go ahead and have this up here for you if you want to come and get it or whatever." Before I had the chance to ask her if it was a credit or if they were remaking my order she just hung up on me. Didn't say bye didn't say sorry nothing was extremely rude.

Ordered cheese pizza and breadsticks. Showed up and paid for my food and they said it was being cut. 20 minutes later I was finally able to get someone attention to see where my food was and they said it was messed up and being remade. No one was ever going to tell me and then the pizza was still under cooked.

Beyond disappointing I ordered a pizza online at 758pm said order will be delivered by 842pm. At 855 I called after it said pizza was delivered. I spoke with a lady that said the driver knocked on the door and no one answered. She also said she called me 3 times. After I told her we been sitting in the living room waiting. She was extremely rude and said well we canceled my order.she was like we can re order the pizza. I asked how long will it take she was like well we are not busy now so not too long. I said no thank you. Then I went and looked on my cameras and from 8pm 9:15pm no cars ever can down my street and never come to my house. So yes I’m pissed one you was rude two you lied
